Paypal Question

Ok, i've heard that i can and can't on this question... but i'd like an official say on this from somebody experinced...

Ok so i don't have a bank account and i was wondering if i would be able to make a paypal account and sell things and get money in it then buy stuff?

Or do i need to get a bank account and add it to collect and pay for stuff?

No.

If you don't have a bank/credit card attached, you CAN STILL recieve/send money. However you can't withdraw money to your bank, and there is a limit to the amount you can send.

 

So that means that im perfectly fine but there is a limit to my purchase's?

If you just want a 3rd party send/receiving account just make a Canadian account they don't require any sort of information(Bank/CC) and you can SEND money as long as you have the funds in the actual paypal account lets say I sent you $35 usd from my account to your newly made Canadian one, you can then buy what you want/need for $33/32 USD depending on the fees.

 

You can buy virtual credit cards and virtual bank accounts. A lot of people sell these and are basically bank accounts and credit cards with $0 balance used to verify Paypal/moneybookers. Just google "VCC".

If you can't find a seller or can't afford it, I suggest signing up at Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve, Neteller or E-gold.

 

I found out creating a canadian account allows me $3,700.00 of sending without a bank account

 

I've actually never heard of people using canadian accounts, most people I know use Australian accounts.
