I'm not accusing all members for this, I don't know where you get this from, i'm only defending the people of Sythe who do get discriminated. -.-

This thread is hilarious, but, seriously... flaming a belief that is a way of life is like flaming a person... Treat the idea you are discussing as you would treat another person when conversing on this forum. This is why people get so upset when their ideology is insulted, because it is part of their way of life, and so it is insulting them as a person.

This is a very difficult concept to understand, but I would like you to try.

Strawman argument... But hey, why not. What scientists empirically agree on is what should be accepted as fact. The majority of scientists doesn't mislead the public by using incorrect examples.

There's a big difference between discriminating and disagreeing with. It's not discrimination if you think atheists and their beliefs (or lack thereof) are stupid, ridiculous, ignorant, you name it. It's not discrimination if you poke fun of atheists, or claim that evolution and the Big Bang Theory is a load of catpiss.

It is discrimination if you deny an atheist a seat in the bus simply because he or she is an atheist. It's discrimination if you physically or verbally assault an atheist simply for being an atheist. This whole "omg somebody's poking fun of our beliefs; INTOLLERANT BASTARD!@" is the story about the boy who cried wolf all over again.
