aiight first of all i wanna tell you its realy realy .. gay ... to talk about "irl realationships" on a runescape cheating community site.

Second i would talk to you friend telling him that u have always wanted to ask her out, if hes being unpolite i would punch him in his face, then i would try getting hold of that girl, idk what u call it in english when you "try to get her to fall in love with you" thats kinda .. "how you get girls" they are not in love with you just for zer0 reasons, you have to make her!

Uhm, maybe you should tell her. Maybe she liked you all along, but you took to long to ask her out, so she figured you were never going to. Try that out, this could be the case
