Help?

Hey i'd bet some of you heared about... gamegoldca**.com [im not adversiting]
i have 2 questions...
first of all is this really works for getting pins?
second is much more complicated:
I'm from Poland and i can't do surveys (it says im not from country like USA Cadana etc...)
Is there any way i can scam this site? i already tried to use proxy... but it says
"Unauthorized use of a Proxy Server, access denied!"
Any other ways you've got to connect and do surveys? or just good proxy server that can connect?
