Hello Sythe! Hope you have all had a great year so far. This is my fourth pardon and hopefully this will be my last one. I am requesting a pardon for my association with a scammer, the events of 12/1/13, and for ban evading. All three of my previous pardons have made it to upper staff lounge but I am yet to pass the upper staff vote. I talked to upper staff and was told that using my previous pardon was acceptable. The problem with my previous pardon is that the majority of people that I asked for opinions on suggested that I got straight to the point. This pardon will be much shorter that the last, but will contain all the same information and updates.

My original ban reason was for association with OogaBooga. This was back in the Fall of 2013. The first time I met him was in the Village Drunks tinychat. He told me to add him on skype so I did. I regret this wholeheartedly and I wish I never added him… We talked for a while and I learned that he was literally dirt-poor. Using my business partner’s Pay-Pal(Puppet Master’s), I would help him in ways such as buying or selling gp for him, taking Pay-Pal, and since it was a verified PayPal, I would redeem MoneyPaks for him. Under no circumstance did I ever accept a knowingly stolen good. I believe this might be one of the biggest misconceptions surrounding my ban. Mods reviewed all my chat logs with him and can confirm this. The thing I was originally banned for was for buying him a $10 Phone Card. I was stupid enough to buy him the phone card without researching it. It allows him to “spoof” his phone number. This phone card was never used for any scams as far as I know, but was still banned for association with him. I have said it a million times and I will say it again. I am sorry and honestly regret ever talking to him. I have not talked with him in around a year and a half. In the 2 years I have been banned, I have kept my nose clean and stayed away from the undesirables such as Ooga.



The next thing I am pardoning for is my involvement in 12/1/13. The pictures were posted on Sythe and passed around on skype. I never posted any pictures anywhere or gave them to anyone on skype. I was in the chat when it the pictures were leaked. What happened was deplorable. What I should have done was left the chat immediately and never looked at the links because they were straight up no one else’s business. Even though n4n0 is no longer my neighbor, we are still cool as a cucumber. Before the incident we were friends and we are still friends to this day.

Now onto the ban evasion. I did not have any accounts and had never used Sythe before the account “johng1208”. After the fact, I had the accounts: PupMas2, PupMas3, O Lattes Forget, and Habanero Ranch. These accounts were made in the summer of 2014. After my accounts had been banned, one of my good friends that I had not talked to in a while messaged me on skype and told me that although I was having fun and getting to talk to old friends, it was ultimately hindering my pardon chances. He was right. Since then, I have not ban evaded once. I am truly sorry for evading my ban. In all honesty, I had been banned for a while and missed Sythe. Still, if I could go back I would never have vaded in the first place. The accounts were used solely in the spamforum/sandbox and never in the market. Also in my previous pardon, I listed an unused account to have banned that I created at the same time as the others. This was my way of showing I was finished with ban evading for good.
Some of my accomplishments during my time on Sythe are:
-Nearly 2,400 posts
-$100 donated / Sythe Verified User and actually used my real phone number to get it
-I ran one of the best and most reliable Middle Man services on Sythe.
-I successfully completed thousands in trades and received well over 200 vouches including vouches from some of the most highly esteemed members of the community.
-Was voted overall funniest member of 2013 in the Sythe Awards 2013.
-Won a couple MotM awards
-Met tons of great people

I am fully aware and sorry for all the stupid decisions I made in the past but I have moved on and matured. Since then I have: graduated from high school, completed my first year at university, got a job and started working while in school, and much more. What I am getting at is that I am not the same person I was back then. I am still just as trustworthy and continue to be one of the most trusted users among my friends and other online communities. There really is no other community like Sythe and that is why I want to be a part of it again. I will only be a positive influence on the community and would be honored to be allowed back.
