Help Me Improve

Stop taking everything so personally, believe it or not, it's not ALWAYS about you!!! Srsly!

 

The only reason people would complain is because you dish out tons of infractions. All of them are justified, and it really just proves you're active.

Some things you could do better:

• Less strict about spam infractions: Give them out for stupid things like "lol nice" "Nice guide" etc, but not for things that could technically be considered spam but are annoying to get infracted for, e.g "Where can I find a good guide?" Spam Reply "Why don't you look in the User Education section?" Proper Reply: "Why don't you look in there User Education section?" (User Education linked or a link below) Don't hand out infractions for little things like that.

What you do well:

• Very active.
• Seemingly nice and fair.
• Very watchful for wrongdoers.

Some of your 'Spam' warnings are a little... well, as if you're doing it JUST to say you've done it if you know what I mean. If PART of the post is a little off topic you seem to warn.

 

I think out of all the moderators, you and Nathan are doing the best of all. I think Tgump is the one needing to make one of these threads. I like Tgump, but sometimes he gives infractions for very stupid reasons.

As for your decisions, they're yours and you have the right to make them.
