    As long as you keep up with the reported posts and keeping our Market clean I think your doing a great job.
    The market has the most reasons to be infracted out of all sections because people often do not read the rules before posting.

    While I was banned on this site, you were doing the most you could to make it shown to the Admins / Mods about the fault of me being banned.

    One improvement would be if you got run over by a train. Jokes...I just saw this posted elsewhere and thought it was hilarious. I think your best bet is to give out lot's of warning's for minor things, especially for new people.
