Stupid jagex?

How long does it generally take jagex to respond to appeals. I've got an account with 13.6 blackmarks thats perm muted, I've sent in about 10 appeals, saved 5 of them about 3 days ago. How long does it their robotic answering system to respond?

if its you actually appealing on the bans page it took about 5 secs for me. I mean its only an auto message so once you refresh the page denied is right there

Lmao, I was using a guide to try get back a perm banned account and in one of Jagex's responses they said "The Jagex staff thoroughly read the appeals and take the appropriate action".
