Could anyone told me if it would be safe to use rs bot for spinning 800 flax? I'm scared I may get banned.

Sometimes it will get caught, don't auto over-night, dont auto for a long time etc.

no, jagex has really beefed up their bot detection system. any autoclicker will get u banned unless u script it for a long time(like 30 mins). this is just my experience, however, feel free to use it if you wish.

no they havent i used a mouse macro to get me from 40 - 80 fletching, nothing happend.

All depends on how good the script is, i.e antiban and antirandoms and how wisely you auto, as already specified. I cant see you getting banned spinning 800 flax to be perfectly honest but "first time users" tend to become addicted, for want of a better word, and take more risks, eventually leading to a ban. It's your decision at the end of the day.
