1. I get around 100 zeals/24 hours, the xp depends on your current level/stat.
2. I've heard of one, but he was also afk'ing rats afterwards, which might have caused the ban.. It could easily be the rats.
3. From question 1 and http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?swc you can easily calculate that.
