Forum Update

Hello all!

As you may have noticed, Sythe was offline for a few days and is now back with a different look and feel. Due to the recent vulnerabilities announced in PHP, we had to move (quite quickly) to a new version of PHP and new version of XenForo. Thankfully, @Sythe and I were able to get this done in a few days, but we still have a lot of work to do. Our goal was to minimize downtime, so you'll notice that the new forum is missing many of the features you've come to know. These features will be back, but they weren't critical for completing the upgrade and bringing the site back online.

We realize that things like ranks, miniranks, SytheGold, donations, and other features are important to our users, so we appreciate your patience while we work to restore all these features one by one. You don't realize how much code you've written over 15+ years until you have to rewrite it...

If you have any questions about the upgrade, feel free to leave them here. If you notice an issue with the site, and by this I mean a problem, not a missing feature like ranks, please report it here: https://www.sythe.org/threads/new-site-issues/

Thank you for being the best part of Sythe, and we look forward to bringing you a new and improved experience soon!

~Matthew

Update looks cool so far, the profile banners feature is going to be nice.

Great job guys it looks tremendous. People say it's the best update ever. Maybe the best update in the history of Sythe

Thanks

Gonna take a bit to get used to but a needed change
good job

Not liking the looks at all, but I see higher ranks glazing it, pretty funny LOL

Hopefully, over time they'll add the option to change the resolution of the sidebars on the site, because on big monitors it's hard to use the site right now. Other than that, the update is cool 9/10. (Bring back sythegold and it'll be 10/10.)
UPD sythegold returning 10/10

Can I get a refund? I paid for up...
