Just purchased a crazy RS3 account for almost 9k.
Seller seemed really nice and dude was very personal. Gave me his contact, where he works, etc.

Issue is - I just spent a fortune on this account and the risk of getting it recovered is higher than not.

Is there any particular method to secure the account as mine for good?

There is nothing you can do to secure it. the original owner has all the information to recover the account no matter what you try to do. Its one of the cons of buying accounts.
