I would also like to ask the moderation team to help bring this matter to its final conclusion. First let me address Glacier. I don’t know why you keep on repeating that you completed 44% of the job. You DID NOT complete 44% of the job, you completed 44% of ONE ASPECT of the job. Ironically, the calculations of this 44% that you’re so obsessed with are from on the same spreadsheet in which to quote yourself from your second most recent post “The spreadsheets and XP averages do not prove that I was not working on the account, nor do they prove that every Callisto kill was solo gold farming. They are assumptions, not direct evidence.”
To clarify, you accept the figure of 44% of the skilling done on the spreadsheet, but dismiss the other conclusions that the data in that same spreadsheet shows? You can’t have it both ways, the spreadsheet data is either valid to you or it isn’t. Pick a lane.

Notably, regarding the skilling progress, I'll bring it up again - the slower more tedious skills haven't even had a dent made in them (Runecraft, Slayer) Minigames - (Barbarian Assault, KQ, Chompy)

For further clarification, not once has it been claimed that the XP spreadsheet proves that Callisto kills were solo gold farming. What it does do however is disprove your previous claim that you were doing Callisto as a means to level up the Slayer skill. I hope this clears up this blatant attempt to muddy the waters over this issue.
Now let me address the moderation team and wider community. I would like to briefly put aside the issue of the Callisto KC loot for a moment and highlight other issues that have yet to be sufficiently addressed.

I have provided detailed evidence and calculations which proves that there was theft of the GP provided on the account to complete the job. The moderation team have these calculations and despite Glacier repaying 300m of the initial stolen amount, there is still roughly 73m of this initial theft still to be repaid which Glacier has refused to acknowledge. These calculations were also based on high cost and highly efficient methods of skilling (in circumstances where the contrary is unprovable) as an exercise of good faith despite the final total XP gained in the relevant skills and the acknowledged theft of GP from the account indicating that low cost and low efficiency training methods were highly likely used instead. In reality, the value still owed to me in regard to this particular issue is likely higher, but as said before, in an act of good faith I’d consider being repaid roughly 73m a resolution to this one particular issue.

Considering I’ve already covered the next issue in depth on the thread previously I’ll keep my explanation here brief. The total amount of XP earned in the skills required as part of the task completion, the lack of diary completions at all levels (easy, medium, hard and elite), the ludicrously high Callisto KC on the account and the fact he only actually played on the account 98 days out of 180 days of bond time with at most 78 days’ worth of XP being earned (not all of which contributed to the progression of the job) all indicate lack of intent to complete the job. I believe this is further compounded by the fact that despite there being Callisto activity at various points during Glacier’s time on the account, it explodes in the final month which would indicate he was trying to extract whatever monetary value he could from the account when he realised that he couldn’t complete the job and explain why. As a result of this, I’m seeking compensation for the value of the bonds I provided due to the excessive amount of time wasted. The calculations are:
Bond price on the 05th Jan 26 in GP = 15,230,891: (15,230,891 x 12 = 182,770,692 GP).

Now to further highlight the significant increase in Callisto KC in June and July, Glacier’s actions to desperately claw whatever value he could from the account at my expense also shows a deep disregard for myself and the integrity of the account. Once again, I have to reiterate, I CANNOT wipe these kills from the public record. Any attempts to play high level content with other players on this account will be difficult as it looks suspicious when I try to play with them due to Callisto being a well-known known gold farming boss. The risk of the account being reported for suspicious behavior is now exponentially higher.

I also ask the moderation team to consider that Glacier clearly showed no duty of care to the account because he so brazenly risked getting it banned for obvious gold farming and real-world trading whilst he was playing. I now have to genuinely consider going to a new and reputable provider at significant further expense to train up a new account from scratch.
Finally, to bring issue back to the missing loot earned from the Callisto KC, I would also like the moderation team to consider Glacier’s off platform behavior when he deceptively attempted to offer me a paltry 212.1m GP for the Callisto KC loot claiming that the moderation team and Apollo had agreed that’s what he still owed me (baring in mind he hasn’t acknowledged the outstanding value of the other damages he’s caused) of which I provided video evidence of to the moderation team.

Dealing with Glacier in trying to get fairly recompensed for all of the separate damages he’s caused has been like pulling teeth and he simply refutes or ignores all evidence and claims provided whilst providing either insufficient or no evidence at all to the contrary, so I am also asking the moderation team to consider all that I have provided and help bring this matter to it’s fair and final conclusion.

I appreciate that this is a very lengthy post but is the only way I can conclude the facts and evidence in a way that is clear and concise for all parties to consider. I would also urge moderation to look through my previous posts, my reports and my provided excel sheets, images and videos with a fine comb to come to a conclusion here.
I believe that compensation should be calculated on one basis, not both. The Callisto KC was completed during the membership period covered by the bonds. If I am compensating for the Callisto loot generated during that period, then I do not understand why I should also be required to reimburse the full cost of the bonds for the same timeframe. In my view, that would result in double compensation for the same period.

Additionally, it is undisputed that 44% of the work was completed. I was willing to continue and complete the service, but I was no longer able to do so after access to the account ended. I therefore respectfully ask that the completed work also be taken into account and that I receive fair compensation for the 44% that was completed, while any proven liability on my part is calculated separately and fairly.

My intention is not to avoid responsibility. I simply ask that the final calculation fairly reflects both parties' proven claims and avoids compensating the same alleged loss twice.

I disagree with that characterization. I have not ignored the evidence. Throughout this dispute, I have responded to the claims made against me, admitted the mistakes that I have made, and provided all of the evidence that is still available to me, including my RuneLite screenshots. If I had additional evidence, I would have submitted it. I respectfully ask the @Techie to assess both parties' evidence objectively and bring this matter to a fair and final conclusion.

I looked at the achievement diary tasks remaining and it seems to take around 33 hours to finish the remainder (kq head rng, lvl 5 roles, chompy kills etc...). Wi
44% seems to be the current number thrown for completed for current skills -> achievement diary skill requirements.
Going purely off of total xp required to have completed, that makes sense but going off of EHP rates it'd be a decently lower percentage of what was completed.
I didn't see anything suggesting in the chats that the skills couldn't be boosted/must be at the skill requirements and the trade was to have the achievement diary cape not meet the skill requirements unboosted.

The total owed to @catsayshello will be 934m 07 for the lost callisto loot as well as a refund of $248.5.

For the membership time, there is no repayment and it's viewed as a relationship between you (@catsayshello) and Jagex; not the trainer's responsibility to manage.
We typically don't hand monetary evaluations for account damage/value unless the ToS has an agreement for staff to review which in this case it doesn't.
Also thank you @catsayshello for the verifiable evidence, it was helpful in calculations I will include any sensitive evidence in a deleted post for staff.

Also thank you @catsayshello for the verifiable evidence, it was helpful in calculations I will include any sensitive evidence in a deleted post for staff.
I would also like moderation to consider another objective way of looking at this.
The claim being made is that I completed approximately 6,400+ Callisto kills solo. If that is true, the account's Hitpoints XP should reasonably reflect that.
A solo Callisto kill gives approximately 1,330 Hitpoints XP.
Expected HP XP for 6,400 solo kills:
6,400 × 1,330 = 8,512,000 HP XP
However, the account started at approximately 79 Hitpoints (1.8M HP XP) and ended at approximately 88 Hitpoints (4.4M HP XP).
Therefore:
4,400,000 − 1,800,000 = 2,600,000 HP XP gained
If we divide the actual HP XP gained by the approximate HP XP received from one solo Callisto kill:
2,600,000 ÷ 1,330 ≈ 1,955 maximum possible solo kills
This figure is significantly lower than the claim of approximately 6,400 solo kills.
Even if these numbers are only approximate, they demonstrate why it is not reasonable to simply assume that all Callisto kills were completed solo without supporting evidence.
I respectfully ask moderation to verify the account's XP logs and consider this technical evidence alongside the rest of the case before reaching any conclusion regarding solo versus mass/clan Callisto kills.
Additionally, if the estimated value per solo kill is approximately 145k GP, then:
1,955 × 145,000 GP = 283,475,000 GP
This is the maximum theoretical value using the available HP XP, which is far below the amount being alleged. I believe any compensation should be based on verifiable evidence rather than assumptions.

The total owed to @catsayshello will be 934m 07 for the lost callisto loot as well as a refund of $248.5.
I would also like to respectfully address one important point.
I provided RuneLite screenshots with visible RSNs showing that I was participating in team/mass Callisto kills. I understand that these screenshots do not prove every single kill, but they are still direct evidence that I was not exclusively killing Callisto solo.
However, it appears this evidence has been overlooked, and the calculation has instead been based on the assumption that the kills were solo.
I respectfully ask moderation to consider the technical evidence as well. When I received this account, it had 79 Hitpoints (approximately 1.8M HP XP). When the password was changed and I lost access, the account had 88 Hitpoints (approximately 4.4M HP XP).
That means the account gained approximately 2.6M Hitpoints XP during the period I had access.
Using the commonly accepted estimate of approximately 1,330 HP XP per solo Callisto kill,

I'll bring up this report to discuss with staff to see their thoughts as the wiki suggests that it'd align with the present xp gains.

I'll bring up this report to discuss with staff to see their thoughts as the wiki suggests that it'd align with the present xp gains.

I'm going to apologize in advance for the wall of text, but it is very necessary if we are going to be nitpicky on every single detail here.

To Techie and the wider moderation team - if we're going to open dialogue and reevaluate here, then I'd like to bring to attention the actual numbers for Callisto and the Hitpoints XP, since Glacier has again understated the amount of hitpoints experience gained (shock) for his own benefit.

Talking Point 1) 3528713 HP XP gained (Levels 79 - 89, 18811 XP just shy of level 90) (On spreadsheet already under All Skills Table in XP Difference column) (Also verifiable on wiseoldman.net) 6428 Callisto kills 1330 Hitpoints XP per Callisto kill Total HP XP gained divided by HP XP gained per Callisto Kill: 3528713 / 1330 = 2,653.1676691729323308270676691729 Max possible solo kills = 2654 (rounded up as an extra kill would be required to account for the fractional amount) Average loot per Callisto Kill (Per the wiki) 146,329.52 Maximum Possible Kills multiplied by average loot per Callisto KC: 2654 x 146,329.52 = 388,358,546.08 GP Owed = 388,358,547 GP (Rounded up to account for a whole GP being required to account for the excess fractional amount).

Talking Point 2) Techie you've made an estimate on the amount of service completed. Initially, I would have been happy to let it slide and continue with the proposed compensation, but now that we have reached another argument with Glacier, I'd like to point out some very big flaws in this line of thinking.

You've stated that for Slayer, it would have been 65 hours at EHP. Runecrafting has also been mentioned as a 40 hour task. Glacier is simply not an EHP player. Not even close to it. How can I make this assumption? Simply by going off the evidence presented to us. If you look at the bank video I provided, the money had already been stolen and it was just full of wildy rag gear and barebones basics like abyssal whip. No combat potions, no teleports, no end game gear.
I had provided for this - but Glacier himself stole that money and farmed Callisto instead. Considering he eventually admitted that at least 300m of the 560m provided to him was stolen off of the account (you know when he miraculously claimed his younger brother took it off the account after previous conflicting claims of "it's all in the bank" and he was "buying skills in GP") and I've provided calculations to you already about how he still hasn't paid back the full amount of the initial theft, it would have been impossible for him to have trained using expensive EHP methods.

There is also the prior evidence of him sending screenshots of him making super attack potions for Herblore, Motherlode mine for mining and and Barbarian Fishing for fishing all of which are low efficiency methods - not close to EHP. Are we going to assume that he would get EHP slayer rates doing standard slayer with a whip? No, it'd probably take significantly longer than this. There wasn't even barrage runes in the bank since he had ice sacks for gp farming callisto.

We can also see he used Guardians of the Rift as his runecraft method. Again not even close to EHP. The same would go for Agility, he didn't even enter the Hallowed Sepulchre, so there was no chance he was getting EHP rates (I know this since the collection log has no sepulchre loot). Those few agility levels alone would have taken upwards of 20 hours using the methods available outside of sepulchre.

Surely the suggestion isn't that Glacier would be achieving EHP rates with a barebones bank, no gear, no supplies and matching rates that even the most hardcore of content creators such as Lake, Boaty and Autumn Elegy struggle to maintain.
As a matter of fact, looking at the remnants in the bank, the screenshots Glacier himself has shown (Motherlode Mine, Afk Barbarian Fishing, Super Attack potions) - He showed these, not me. These are very low cost, low efficiency and low xp rate methods compared to what is available. Going off of all of the above, I am arguing that him even being halfway close to EHP rate is entirely unreasonable. It's simply not possible for him, given what he himself has shown to us in screenshots.

Talking Point 3) The membership time. Techie, you've stated that there is no repayment for this as it's a relationship between myself and Jagex. I would have agreed with this had it not been for the fact that I did not put membership on the account, I simply provided Glacier twelve bonds on the account to use at his own discretion. To which he CHOSE to not progress the job and gold farm Callisto instead. He willingly chose to redeem bonds whenever it suited him to ultimately use for his own purposes instead of servicing the account. I didn't top up the membership balance - he did. This was not an agreement between myself and Jagex. It was a choice Glacier chose to make himself in redeeming bonds. If we wanted to gold farm he should do this on his OWN accounts with his OWN money, not mine.

Talking Point 4) Techie you've mentioned that the team don't hand monetary evaluations for account damage/value unless the ToS has an agreement for staff to review. Does this imply that in every single service agreement on Sythe, there needs to be a clause for what the persons on the account should NOT be doing? For example, If I paid for a mining service, do I need to explicitly state not to go PKing? Surely common sense needs to be applied here for a case such as this, as it would in this hypothetical mining example. Just some food for thought here.

Talking Point 5) Finally I'd like to address not only the admin and moderation teams but the entire community. Glacier has proven mutliple times, between his constant story changes, outright lies, moderation impersonation and blatant disregard for any presented facts or verdict that doesn't suit him that he's an untrustworthy scammer. It's beyond debate at this point. So considering the irrefutable fact that he has indeed scammed me on the work and since attempted to scam me on the amount to be repaid, why are we giving him any grace at all? He's done nothing but waste my time, the moderation team's time and the entire community's time stonewalling the process at every turn. It would be remiss of me to tell moderation how to do their jobs (you guys do this everyday and I'm thankful for the community that's been built) however I believe it sets a poor precedent going forward if we keep on bending the knee to this kind of behavior as it will embolden scammers in the future if they think they're going to still be rewarded regardless.

I will be reporting my own post to post some sensitive evidence to further my case. This will be the update wiseoldman link showing what Glacier achieved in the timeframe. I am also linking two videos, proving that EHP was not exactly in the gameplan here for slayer. Glacier's own screenshots in the second video will also be indicative of this for the other skills. You can see in the video that the unlocked tasks and the kill log shows that he focused on high value, low xp efficiency mobs. Again - not close to EHP. We're looking at 15-20k xp per hour at BEST doing these methods for slayer. From that video, you'll be able to see that even looking at Slayer, he wasn't prioritizing doing the job - his unlocks (exclusively money making options) and chosen tasks show that he was using my account for himself to profit rather than completing the task. (Please check the report I make on this post. Also do use the spreadsheets that I have provided to Techie privately)

TLDR: I don't care about Glacier's points. Why did he go to Callisto on my account when he was given a specific job and FAILED to do it. Not only that - he also risked my new account getting a ban, wasting my time, money and resources. He takes on NO risk doing this. If he get's a ban on Sythe, which he should - he's just going to return here with a new account and attempt to start a new business. It doesn't matter if Glacier got 100 kills or 10000 - he FAILED the job, showed no intention of completing it, continually tries to deceive moderation, wasted the bonds, stole the GP and is STILL here taking moderation for a ride.
How about we stop trying to approach this in a cold, logical way and use some common sense?
I've provided a litany of evidence here, this scamming, chatgpt using, waste of space is providing nothing and we are listening to his cries for some reason?
It would have taken this cretin over a year to finish the job at the rate he was going and the shit methods he was using (since he stole all my GP) and you expect me to pay him for this shit?
If i wash half of your car, then throw shit on it are you still paying me for 50% of the value of that car wash? Absolutely fuckin not lmao.

(Please check the report I make on this post.)

I would like to make one final response before a decision is reached.

First, I want to clarify that I have never claimed that all 6,428 Callisto KC were solo kills. My argument has always been the opposite. I provided RuneLite screenshots showing that I was participating in team/mass Callisto. While those screenshots cannot prove every individual kill, they are direct evidence that I was not exclusively killing Callisto solo. RuneLite does not automatically save a screenshot for every kill, so it is impossible for me to provide evidence for all 6,428 KC.

Second, I respectfully ask moderation to consider the technical HP XP evidence. The account started at approximately 79 Hitpoints and was approximately 88 Hitpoints when I lost access. Based on the approximate HP XP gained and the commonly accepted HP XP per solo Callisto kill, the calculations do not support the conclusion that all 6,428 kills were solo. If my calculations are incorrect, I would appreciate an explanation of where they are incorrect. Otherwise, I respectfully ask that this evidence be given appropriate weight.

Third, the account was not only killing Callisto. Progress was also made on the service itself, and combat-related training contributes Hitpoints XP as well. Therefore, it should not automatically be assumed that all HP XP gained came from Callisto alone.

Regarding compensation, I remain willing to accept responsibility for any proven liability. However, I respectfully believe compensation should be based on verifiable evidence, not assumptions. If Callisto loot is being compensated, I do not believe the same membership period should also be fully reimbursed, as that would compensate the same period twice.
I also want to clarify that I have not been trying to waste the community's or moderation team's time. I have simply been waiting for the moderator's responses and replying only when necessary. I have admitted my mistakes, cooperated throughout this dispute, and provided every piece of evidence that is still available to me. If I had additional RuneLite screenshots or recordings, I would have submitted them without hesitation.
Finally, I respectfully ask the @Techie team to carefully consider all of the evidence from both parties and issue a final ruling. This dispute has now gone on for a long time, and I believe it is time to bring it to a fair and final conclusion.

Thank you for your time.

The EHP calculation does not suggest that @TheGlacier.com nor that the service was intended to be efficient but rather to provide a reference for how much was completed relative to how much was remaining. I'll adjust the ehp calculation for slayer to be more accurate as it was assuming multiple account usage when this is a single account. However, even after the adjustment the ~29% overall completion still stands. The goal is to provide a reasonable estimate on what percentage of the service was completed not how many hours does he owe.

As for membership, simply because you authorized them to enter it on your behalf doesn't affect the outcome as it is still your account.
Regarding point 4, a clear ToS agreement prior to trading is recommended.
As for callisto drops, due to the lack of evidence on what the kills/drops were we'd normally move forward as them being solo however there is evidence that suggests beyond a reasonable doubt that the kills weren't all solo. Since we still aren't sure on what the kills looked like we'll be calculating it based on a mix of solo/group kills. Thanks to @Zora around 2k+ solo kills are possible while maintaining 4.4k+ group kills this would mean the possible loot would have been around 450m 07 gp.

Due to the evidence provided by @TheGlacier.com the loot amount will be the only amount changed.
The total owed to @TheGlacier.com will be $101.5 for services.
The total owed to @catsayshello will be 450m 07 for the lost callisto loot as well as a refund of $248.5.

Considering this has been going on for a month, I'm fine with accepting 450m GP and the $248.5 refund on the premise that this is the final verdict on the matter.
I will wait for Glacier to pay out the 450m GP and will post confirmation on here once that has been completed and liaise with Apollo before any USD is exchanged.

I would also like the moderation team to address the RuneLite screenshots I submitted. These screenshots clearly show me participating in Callisto mass/group kills, yet they do not appear to have been given any weight in the current calculation.

If my screenshots are not considered reliable evidence, I respectfully ask the @Techie to explain why. If they are considered valid, then they should also be taken into account when determining the ratio of solo versus group kills, rather than relying primarily on estimates.

I have already explained that RuneLite does not automatically save a screenshot for every kill, which is why I only had a limited number of screenshots available. If I had more evidence, I would have provided it without hesitation.

I respectfully ask the @Techie to consider all of the evidence submitted by both parties equally and explain how my RuneLite screenshots were evaluated before reaching a final decision.

Would you rather pay 934m? He's already cut it down because of the point you made, you ape.

Please just ban this retard already, lol.
He wont stop until he's 'winning'
Techie has made his final verdict, stop being a bitch
I have remained respectful throughout this dispute despite repeated personal insults directed at me. I have focused on evidence, calculations, and the moderator's questions rather than attacking anyone personally.
If the other party believes the matter is concluded, then there is no need for further insults or requests for me to be banned. Statements such as "ban him" or personal name-calling do not address any of the evidence and do not help the moderation process.
I respectfully ask that this discussion remain focused on facts and evidence rather than personal attacks. I will respect the moderation team's final decision, but I also believe I have the right to ask reasonable questions and seek clarification where calculations or evidence are unclear.

It's insufficient evidence as I already stated. I'm not sure why I would think otherwise nor did staff consider it of importance. We've already considered there's enough to cast doubt that all the kills were solo but not enough that none of them were. I'm not looking to prolong this report so I'm expecting any further comments will be the resolution.

Techie's done you a massive favour here, so stop using ChatGPT to draft your retarded responses, pay up the 450M Techie says you owe me (you can start with that 212M you tried to scam me with) and do everyone a favour and respectfully fuck off.

My Sythe and Discord DM's are open. If you'd rather not deal with me you can pay @Apollo and I'll pay Apollo's MM fee for the inconvenience.

Cheers, mate

I also have no intention of trading directly with him. As previously discussed, he can collect the $101.5 directly from Apollo, while I will pay the 450M GP as per the moderator's final ruling.
This allows both parties to receive what they are owed without any unnecessary direct interaction. I respectfully ask that this be treated as the final resolution so we can bring this matter to a close.
