Explanation of the trade: Bought an account for 150$,ASKED BEFORE if it came with any protection if ANYTHING happens,nothing was said other than "yes we provide 1 month" in the chat. Nobody told me the account was ever botted. I was only aware of a "mark" from a year ago for RWT,which i agreed to. They let me know it was covered for a month before buying which i agreed to

Scammer calls me stupid and "free publicity"

the terms of their service when purchased - When I asked the Sellers worker explained they would take action if a delayed ban were to happen from the botting (which i wasn't sure if the accounts were 100% botted or not) - proof in videos.

1. The sale
Account sold through our Discord on 5/7. The buyer joined our server and completed ToS verification before purchasing — timestamped, on record [Ev. 1–3, 7]. Before paying, he asked directly whether the $150 accounts carry marks. Our staff told him plainly they do — prior temp-ban marks, stated openly in our QuickSales section [Ev. 9–10]. He acknowledged it in writing: He acknowledged in writing that he was aware the account carried a temp-ban mark [Ev. 11]. He knew exactly what he bought.

2. Our liability, by Sythe's own rules
Sythe's account-section rules define a seller's responsibility exactly: recovery responsibility — "refund or return of account in the event of a recovery" — for a minimum of one month. The same rules state plainly that "account sellers are not responsible for wealth on an account." That is the entire scope of seller liability in this section. Recoveries and locks. Nothing further.
Our ToS sits squarely inside that, and the buyer verified and accepted it before paying [Ev. 1–2, 4–5]. It holds us responsible for any account sold "according to sythe rules for 1 month," and separately states that "refunds are not provided after payment" and that "we are not responsible for any bans."
14 days after delivery, the account caught a macro ban. A ban is not a recovery and not a lock — the buyer never lost access, and our recovery coverage was never engaged. He is demanding two things the rules exclude outright: a refund or replacement over a ban, which no seller in this section carries liability for, and the GP he claims the account held, which Sythe's rules expressly place outside seller responsibility. Neither is ours to cover.

3. The "warranty" he's relying on
The buyer claims our staff promised to replace the account if banned. The exchange [Ev. 11] shows the opposite.
Asked whether a banned account would be replaced within a timeframe, our staff's direct answer was conditional: "If we look for a solution to the problem, everything will depend on what happens." His follow-up, "yes, friend, exactly as the rules state," was a direct reply to the buyer's line "to be sure we're on the same page" — and it commits to the rules. The rules, as shown below, are recovery coverage, not ban coverage. No staff member ever said a banned account would be replaced, and the buyer's own video quotes that conditional wording word-for-word.

4. Timeline
Last automated activity on our end was logged January 26 [Ev. 15]. The account was then rested over 3 months with no level gains before listing [Ev. 14], sold 5/7, banned 5/21. It sat dormant in our hands. The only recent activity on it was the buyer's — the dates speak.

Our position: the buyer knowingly bought a disclosed, marked account and accepted our ToS before paying. No recovery or lock occurred, so our liability was never engaged. A ban is not covered — not by our terms, and not by Sythe's rules — the wealth he's demanding is excluded from seller responsibility by the section's rules outright.

We honor our recovery and lock coverage in full and stand behind it without reservation. We're confident this resolves in a fair manner and will respect staff's decision.

False, your seller didn’t provide me with that info and said it under a guise. Bottom line you ultra botted an account, sold it for me to 150$ . Now you don’t give fuck (and I’m down 300m) . Your worker said what he said when we made the deal and I couldn’t express enough how worried I was about a delayed ban from your botting , which I was never told crystal clearly about until after. When I brought up “what if I get banned from anything done on this account previously” your worker threw out a safety net in a TOTAL guise. Stop trying to dance around what you did. You turbo botted the shit out of an account. All the proof is there. You admitted you botted it. I provided evidence. I made sure SEVERAL times that if this happened there would be a safety net and your worker said and I quote
“If we look for a solution to the problem,

Along with telling me that you have to abide by a 1 month sythe warranty to ruse me into buying it. Why would you tell me this when I literally specifically asked about the botting and what if it got banned from YOUR POSSIBLE BOTTING , and your worker sends me something totally different to force a sale instead of being 100% CRYSTAL CLEAR. You did not conduct fair business before the trade happened and when I asked about the botting etc your worker threw a safety net. INFACT you never even spoke to me at all or popped in the discord since I purchased the account, you were out on some sort of vacation.

Let’s be crystal clear here, you botted these accounts, never told me it was botted, your associate promised if anything happened it would be resolved , because I was suspicious of a delay ban happening if they were infact botted on, sold one to me, I put gold on it,safely. You try and tiptoe around what you did, (which is proven) lied and never contacted me personally as the owner while your workers literally lied to me to my face to purchase the account. (Which is proved) Now that I’m down 150$ and 300m for you it’s “free publicity” . 1. The "recovery" claim The image the buyer posted is a password-change request — the automated email "forgot password" sends sent minutes after he posted his first reply to the thread. It is not an account recovery, and it shows nothing on our end. We sell every account unregistered and do not recover accounts — across 1,000+ sales, never. There is also no motive: the account is permanently banned and worthless.

2. The build We do not hide that automation is used in building — it is stated in our ToS and is fully permitted. What matters is the timeline: this account's build was complete and untouched from 26 January through the sale on 5/7 [Ev. 1] — over three months dormant in our hands. After purchase, the buyer was actively playing and training it, adding levels (50-75 attack) and 100-800m by his own statements in tickets and here. The full purchase and ticket history is on record with a second ticket attached [Ev. 6].

3. The buyer's resale listing Nine days after buying this account, the buyer relisted it on Sythe for $300 — double what he paid after we refused to buy it back in the discord from him due to him facing irl financial issues [Ev. 2 + 6]. In that listing, his own words: "one old RWT ban that is INACTIVE" — so he plainly knew the account's mark status, which were right above his copy pasted line in the request when opening a ticket to purchase, which contradicts his claim here that he was never told. He also advertised it as "no botting ever done on the account, it is completely hand made." we state the exact opposite in our ToS: either the account was clean as he advertised it, and this botting grievance collapses — or it was not, and he was reselling a account to the next buyer under false pretenses.

4. The buyer's conduct The buyer claims he was muted for leaving a negative review. He was not — he received a 7-day mute for hostility toward other members in our feedback channel [Ev. 5]. He has also repeatedly abused and mocked our staff [Ev. 3], and went as far as demanding a staff member's IP, telling him to "act tough irl," and saying "gone do it" [Ev. 4]. We leave staff to weigh who has conducted themselves seriously here.

Our position is unchanged: a macro ban is not a recovery and not a lock, our liability was never engaged, and the "warranty," ToS, and wealth points were each addressed in our first reply and stand.

We were contacted by a user stating the buyer owns products from a known OSRS plugin provider and, days before the macro ban, posted publicly in that provider's server about recovering a license key for a skilling plugin [Ev. 1]. The buyer also carries a "Customer" role in that provider's server [Ev. 2].

C. Even if I did own a plugin (I only own a PvP plugin) this just further proves that I know he’s not doing PvP he is botting via hyrdratech (SKILLING) on the accounts. I have never ever in my life seen 1 PvP plugin get banned (by the way I never even got the chance to tryout the PvP plugins on this account) as it was banned for his botting on the account.
