    I was informed through bald.gg that this sale could be trusted and that the transaction between me and Thedon was safe. I was also told that it would not be possible for Thedon to recover the account once ownership was transferred to me. If I had known that Don still had access to so much recovery information or the ability to reclaim the account, I would never have purchased it.

    I wanted to follow up on the matter regarding why I was not involved in the bank ownership issue of the RuneScape account I purchased. As you can see, I bought this account on October 17th, just after midnight at 01:22 AM, and transferred it to my own email address at that time. I also have proof of the transaction — a payment of $3,075 USD in LTC to Washer.

    What I noticed, and what is visible in the provided screenshots, is that I did everything I could to recover my account, since it cost me a significant amount of money. As you can see, I messaged Washer that evening to inform him my account had been locked due to suspicious activity, and according to the message center on the account, it was indeed locked by Jagex that same day.

    The billing support message was also not sent by me. Thedon wanted to transfer his display name to another account, but he needed a bond for that, which led him to accidentally purchase membership — I have a screenshot of that as well.

    What I find very strange is that after I discovered the account was locked on October 18th, the password was changed the next day, even though I was told the account had not yet been recovered — while in reality, TheDon already had access to the account.

    When I later tried logging in, I noticed that the message saying the account was “locked” had disappeared, and it now said the password was incorrect, which meant that the account had been unlocked by someone else outside of our case, though we don’t know by whom. I quickly reported this to bald.gg, explaining what had happened and that this situation was very suspicious.

    To summarize clearly based on the screenshots and timestamps I have:

    • On October 18th at 22:35, I discovered the account was locked.

    • On October 19th at 13:36, Don replied after waking up, and I sent him the login info so he could see for himself that the account was indeed locked.

    • On October 21st at 13:22, Don told me he had regained access to the account. I immediately changed the email linked to the account using the link Don sent me.

    • When I logged in shortly after, on October 21st at 13:56, I saw (according to the Gyazo timestamp) that someone had logged into the account 11 hours and 40 minutes earlier, meaning the last login was October 21st at 02:16 AM.
    I kindly ask that you take this case seriously and review everything carefully, as I am being completely honest — this situation should not be happening.

    I am also willing to provide all evidence or allow Sythe to verify everything themselves. I give full permission for you to check my RuneLite logs, email addresses, or any other relevant information. I am supported by a trusted team that knows me well — I won’t mention names, but they can confirm that I am not lying and would not open a case like this without good reason.

    To add: After purchasing the account, I asked for the bank PIN to check whether the values and items that were supposed to be on the account were actually in the bank. As you can see, the bank PIN 1331 has never been removed or changed.

    Really don't care about helping this individual at all but just to make the situation right this statement of : "What I find very strange is that after I discovered the account was locked on October 18th, the password was changed the next day, even though I was told the account had not yet been recovered — while in reality, TheDon already had access to the account."

    -is not true, the account was locked on the 18th, I did not reply until the 19th in the morning. He is consistent that the password was changed however at this time I had not gotten back an appeal or denied email on the account. The accept happened literally October 21st, roughly 3 hours before I let him know.
    After the account was accepted I gave it to him as well as helped him switch over the email to his (ALL WITHOUT LOGGING ON THE ACCOUNT, as confirmed by the apparent last login of 11 hours ago).
    He then thanked me and spent the next 30 or so minutes claiming he could not log in, despite me clearly logging in and showing his email was still linked (which he confirmed).
    After the 30 or so minutes him "not being able to log in" I then was met with a screenshot of the bank seemingly cleaned and the last login over 11 hours ago.
    Not that this has any validity but I have spent over 10k+ USD simply through Bald as well as resold accounts using them as the MM and never experienced an issue once.

    @Soufdb just to clarify, @TheDon777 has already successfully recovered the account for you and you have secured it onto your own email, correct? The only issue remaining is the missing wealth on the account?

    Yes, that’s correct — as soon as I logged in, I could immediately see that there were no items left on the account. I find it strange how everything is being twisted around, because if I bought an account for 3,000 USD, why would I sell everything on it within 30 minutes, risking not getting a refund for the account?

    So now I’m being accused of doing this, even though I have clear proof that I never had access to the account or was able to do anything with it. I’ve already sent everything I could, but not everything yet — so if anything else is needed, I can definitely provide it, including Runelite logs or any other requested evidence.

    I'm glad to hear the account was sorted out. However, there is nothing we can do regarding the missing wealth as it would be impossible for staff to prove what happened to it.
