Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: My brother also has an account with sythe (ToxicXRs) he was issued with a TWC for scamming someone for 1.5b last year. Because we both have a shared business irl I believe we have been linked to being the same person however that is incorrect and whilst we have the same business we don’t share same sythe accounts and we are in fact 2 different people.

Anything else you wish to say: I totally appreciate the difficulty in this situation I have asked my brother to pay the victim back of which he has agreed to do and hopefully that has now been resolved. I am only on sythe to further my business which I did begin to this happened (maybe a bit of RuneScape buying pretty accounts ) . I was actually unaware he had scammed till this post however he was the person that referred me to sythe! I am more than happy to provide passport ID in private to a admin if required.
