Proof that it's their Discord: Pictures under will show the contact i made with him on discord+server and Pm on sythe to confirm with Crypto wallet.

Explanation of the trade: Corby had listed a few accounts i was intrested in, after a while we got to an agrement on a account.
he sendt me the wallet and i transfered him the LTC 300$.

How they scammed: After i bought the account, corby could not provide any needed information to complete a sucsesfull recovery or even unlock the account. i feel like a should have been informed by that before i made the purchase. i only recived the log in name and a password.
i tried to get to an agreement with corby to sort this out after, but hes not willing to take the account back or to make an agreement.

I want to point out the customer has not has their account stolen, they are complaining about information they did not ask me for prior to purchase, was not advertised to come with the purchase, and that I am not providing 3 weeks after sale at their request since they no longer want to keep their purchase and I do not want to buy it back from them.

By opening a ticket the customer agreed to my terms of service - https://i.imgur.com/osat6TF.png I apologize that this timestamp is of a few days ago as the previous tool was sunset but this should be the same as the previous ticket. The customer has already showed my terms of service with their report so just look above for that.

The customer is upset because as they put it "it would be alot easier for me to sell it when i can provide the information needed."

What the customer is asking for is the exact IP address that was used to play the account. However as I have told the customer I do not have the exact IP address. This was not advertised as coming with the account in any way, and I do not believe @Zora gives this information out even at the request of his customers either. Even if I did have this information I would not want to give it out to the customer.

This is not a scam report, nothing has been scammed, the customer is trying to force me to purchase their account back and I do not want to.

to be honest i didn't even think about it, as corby is such a well known and respected seller. i just assumed it was standard procedure, as i have bought a good number of accounts over the years.

but i also feel if it is not standard procedure, that corby should have informed me that there is no information whatsoever on the account and that it cannot be recovered.

@paaaaaal - Any information to be given/received regarding an account sale should be discussed prior to the trade being completed. It is not reasonable to expect additional information to be provided after the trade has been completed without an agreement to do so beforehand.


However, there is a concern with a discrepancy of who the account's original owner is.
@Corby - you stated in your terms of service that your workers create the accounts you sell on proxys/VPNs and after 30 days the IP address is no longer easily accessible, yet in a discord message with your customer you informed him that you purchased the account as a tutorial island account from a website, which conflicts with what your ToS state about who the original owner is.

@Corby - can you provide proof of whether this specific account was created by your worker, or if it was in fact purchased from a website?

 

Based on the customers response that the account is 2,000 days old I believe I re-used some old emails that were purchased as tutorial completed and nothing more. They have been sitting in my possession for the last 5 years unused. My workers then trained the accounts using VPNs/Proxys. My terms of service say that I am not the OO but I can see the discrepancy and I would be happy to remove the statement about my workers specifically being the OO.

 

Just so that no accusations are made that I did this secretively, I have updated my terms of service to simply say I am not the OO of the accounts I sell since my workers are no longer able to generate Legacy logins

 

I would also like to hopefully point out the word "workers" is a subjective term meant to encompass the people I work with for the supply of my accounts. I can agree that the current situation is a grey area and as stated I have updated my terms of service but I sincerely hope I am not severely punished over this.

 

The statements below are directly from your terms of service, so I will outline everything below.

"My workers create the accounts on proxys/vpn's to avoid chain ban issues which makes them the original owner."

Purchasing the account from a website means your worker did not create the account, nor are they the original owner despite your terms of service specifically stating that your worker was the original owner.

"After 30 days the creation IP address can no longer be easily accessed to submit recovery requests."

Based on this statement, @paaaaaal was led to believe that you/your worker had access to a creation IP for the account and could assist with unlocking the account when it was in your recovery responsibility period. Since the account was purchased from a website, i'm going to assume that you were not provided the creation IP address, unless you can provide any additional evidence that you were.


In conclusion, it is clear that based on the terms of service, @paaaaaal was misled as to who the original owner of the account was and this will essentially invalidate the entire trade. Unless you two can come to a separate mutual agreement, @Corby will need to refund the payment of $300, and @paaaaaal will need to return the account to @Corby.

@Corby - you have been issued a precautionary DNT while the refund situation is sorted as well. If assistance is needed with reversing the trade, please reach out to me and I can assist.

Me and corby got to an agrement and the full 300$ has been refounded and account returned back to him.
This can now be closed considering its sorted out

As there is no debt - and the misinformation regarding the original account owner was due to outdated terms of service and not an outright lie, I'm going to be lenient and replace @Corby's DNT with a TWC for poor trading practices which can be disputed in 30 days.
