how do i remove recovery questions?

on my accounts im not sure how to remove recovery questions somebody said something about getting the acc locked which i would rather not do =/ anyways could someone please help me please?

Go to recover a stolen password and type in all the info you know even the recovs...
Then in the box at the bottom say your cousin knows your recoveries and you need to change them asap.. Wait 20 minutes walla done..

Recover it by answering The info, Then You can set new ones
