How do you remove recov questions?

How do u remove reocv questions w/o setting new ones :$? Help me

errr go to runescape, go to near and the bottom and click cancel recovery questions. takes u to a new page yada yada yada info yada yada yada, cancel yada yada yada bingo! halleluyah!

You can only change them or cancle pending recovs, ohterwise there permanantly there
