I sold 15.6B RuneWild to Srstutor, who insisted on using a trading method that involved me buying items and taking them to the Wilderness. I repeatedly expressed that I was uncomfortable with this method due to the risk of being killed by other players. Despite my concerns, he assured me multiple times that the method was completely safe. When I specifically asked what would happen if another player attacked me, he told me not to worry, as no one else would attack me except his buyer. Based on these reassurances, I followed his instructions and took the items to the Wilderness. However, I was attacked and killed by another player who was not his buyer, resulting in the loss of all the items. Now, Srstutor is refusing to pay me, despite my clear and repeated warnings about my concerns with the method.

How can your client say he lost his items in the wild when clearly, the screenshot shows him not skulled. You owe me the Gp you took from me.

 

@The Lady Yuna (supplier) agreed to sell @Srtutor (middleman) 15.6b Runewild gold via an outsourced trade involving @The Lady Yuna bringing the wealth into the wilderness and dying to @2maxpumps (buyer).

I was attacked and killed by another player who was not his buyer, resulting in the loss of all the items.

This method of trading falls under our stance on risky trading methods. @The Lady Yuna based on the evidence provided here and your own admission above, there is no way for us to prove who killed you as it appears it was a random user.

Drop Trading: Staff will not get involved in any dispute that involves drop trading. There are multiple ways where it could go wrong and there's 0 reason to be drop trading to begin with. If users want to engage in riskier trades, they are free to do so since Sythe is a free market. However, Sythe Staff members will not see this as a valid report if something were to go wrong.

With that being said, clearly the gold was not delivered to the buyer @2maxpumps.
@Srtutor will need to refund @2maxpumps the 132m 07 gold payment.

@2maxpumps @Srtutor - Please let me know when the refund has been issued.
