    I am writing to hereby appeal against the DNT status applied to my sythe account. I do appreciate the comments raised in the various reports, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by past delays or miscommunication with our clients. We hope to address the specific issues with this appeal and describe the steps we have taken so that a recurrence of such incidents is avoided.
    1-Delays in Payment Addressed
    We do understand that the reports have shown it time and again, late payment has been a recurring headache. For the record, the delayed payments were not intentional but were an internal operational problem further supplemented by unexpected delays in purchasing some cryptocurrencies and personnel shortages in critical positions responsible for effecting the payments. Be that as it may, even communication over these delays was not as efficient as it should have been.
    In this regard, we have implemented a different internal system that has ensured better speed in payment processing, as well as more efficient communiqués with our clients. Moreover, the training of personnel is reinforced so as to ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with promptly and in an easily understandable way. In its turn, this has already produced a number of positive results: some improvement in delays of payments and enhanced satisfaction among our clients.

    2-Stock Issues
    As for the advertisement of items that were not in stock, this was one of those unfortunate incidences where there was miscommunication between the sales teams and inventory management. Though we work on real-time updates in stock availability, a chunk was missing in the communication pipeline, which resulted in the erroneous display of the stock of certain items. Since then, we have updated our processes such that the syncing in the inventory levels happens automatically, and that does not happen again.
    We have further enhanced our touchpoints with customers to flag such out-of-inventory situations on time, and also handle such situations in a very transparent manner.
    3-False Advertisement and Misleading Titles
    We would like to address the feedback where some of the account listings had misleading titles, but in the case of "MoG," we thought the customer was convinced that accounts had 4,000-5,000 marks of grace. Quite truthfully, we had misunderstood this, as the titles were not created to be deceitful but certainly could have been worded much better. We have gone back and revised all relevant listings such that buyers will not be confused in the future.

    Moving On
    Over the past couple of months, we have been working seriously on improving both operational efficiency and customer service. We have offered:

    -Automatic tracking: of payments enables clients to be up-to-date in real time or instantly inform them as soon as a delay in payment happens.
    -Inventory Synchronization: Our online system now synchronizes every 10 minutes to produce real-time stock levels across all platforms.
    -Improved Training to the Support Team: We have provided improved training to the support team from where prima facie, response time and accuracy in resolving issues have improved.
    -Client Satisfaction Initiatives: We have introduced compensation for delayed services as a goodwill gesture in the form of discounting or value addition in future transactions.

    We respectfully request that such DNT status be removed from your systems, taking into consideration the corrective actions we have implemented. We firmly believe that these enhancements will greatly pave the way for a much easier experience in the future for our clients.
