    I sold runescape account to account king aka @Chicks

    Reporting for shady businesses won't be using or trusting this service in the future.

    1 month ago and sold it via their ticket now a month later they're claiming I recovered the account but that I didn't.

    Sold over 100 + accounts via Sythe/PlayerAuctions/OSBOT

    Never once have I had an issue with accounts getting recovered out of all the accounts I have sold. But randomly when I used a re-seller big issue headache didn't wanna wait so I sold it to them. Will never be using their service again after this they're claiming I have 48 hours or they will charge back the payment that was in their TOS.

    The point here is they still have the account for sale on their website. Even though they don't have "access to it" which makes no sense.

    there is now a Runescape Jagex account linked to the account which I'm sure they did for "account insurance" On their sale they add 10%15%25%40% tax for it. how do they store account information one of their workers could have added it if they didn't add it. which is a big issue depending on how the account information is stored this could have happened to multiple people from a rogue worker + they get to keep the account + money back.

    The Runescape account in question > was still listed on Account Kings before they sent me all this which is very sus

    how would they randomly know it's recovered + a Runescape Jagex account linked. if its still for sale? sounds like a rogue worker issue.

    The listing still being active is nothing but an error on our behalf which has been resolved. We have kindly asked you to recover this account for us as there had been an unexpected upgrade to the Jagex Launcher. In no way shape of form are we outing you as a scammer nor do we know why this upgrade occurred but we just need your cooperation in us regaining access to the account. If we buy an account from you and it no longer works, we have no choice but to contact you to hold up your end of the deal.

    You are missing the point and deflecting. we will wait for mods reply here, How many times have you guys had this happen either your workers changed it or you sold it and there was a chargeback now you want my help I dunno which one it's nowhere in the tos did it state if your workers go rogue I gotta help nor with chargebacks. that falls on your company not me the seller.

    I guarantee you guys did register the Runescape Jagex account because you guys added a recovery fee on 10%15%25%40% and in that case, I would never be able to recover this account since I don't have information on it.

    Why would you guys randomly start checking information on accounts you haven't sold? cause that's the case here you finally removed it after i called your scamming company out. "weird" huh? how many workers have access to this information how do you store it in an open google doc where 5-10 of your workers have access to see account information? because you just randomly checking makes no sense here. every person I know who sells accounts doesn't access the account they don't even try to log into the accounts cause of IP changes i've worked for an account shop I've sold my accounts I know the process very well. I have 900+ feedback total on all sites sold over 100 + accounts and random issues with you guys. over 40$? Do you think I'd risk my rep over 40$ you crazy

    the reason I'm making this report is to prove a point you guys are shady your workers did something now you want me to help. when a rogue worker does stuff that's on the company to pay out of pocket not your customers

    mods if you want il link all my profiles im active on for account sales got them dating back to 2020 with NO issue. sold accounts worth more than this account I sold to them and still no issues. I've made well over 6 figures from these forums and for me to risk it all over 40$ cmon lil bro get ya head right. tell chicks to reply not "workers" because maybe you are the rogue worker here i dunno, but whoever it's needs fired plain and simple cause you probably didnt think i was repped or who i said i was so you could pull a fast one no shot on that im just here to prove a point, shady business should be dnted or banned off sythe. because im sure this isnt the first issue nor will it be the last.

    There is absolutely no deflection taking place here. We asked you to resecure an account which we no longer have access to. The reason as to why we checked this particular account is because we received an email from Jagex regarding the change. There is absolutely no evidence that a 'rogue' worker had taken this account, and this is a wild assumption to make after simply asking you to bring the account back in our possession. As it stands, we had purchased an account from you, we received an email from Jagex regarding this particular account and we want the account back in our possession.

    If you received an email regarding the change then one of your workers did do it because recovery attempts don't do that. now we will wait for sythe mods :) have a good day

    Emails from Jagex can still appear if there is still a linked app to the account, which could have simply been overlooked. What is most concerning here is the hostility in simply asking you to recover an account you sold us as we no longer have access to the account. If we unexpectedly lose access to an account, it is your responsibility to ensure we regain access to the account.

I wonder how many people you've skewed over with this and you try to hide and deflect behind your TOS i'm not gonna argue and go back and forth with you this is an easy case of a rogue worker, out of all the accounts I sell, to a re-seller that all his workers working for Play Like Royalty - Account Kings have access to it in a google sheet I'm sure it's not password protected so anyone of your workers could have done this sucks you guys don't vet enough then blame your customers. wonder how many people this has happened to and how many chargebacks have occurred over something that could have been fixed and should've been from the start. now that its open eyes and you cant hide behind terms of service cause you didn't think i really sold accounts or had rep play the "TOS" game lol ;)

    What was the TOS agreed upon for this sale regarding warranty period? @KingRunescapeBuyer @ALEJ0

    If there wasn't any agreement you would technically be responsible for the account for 2 years @KingRunescapeBuyer, which you would need to recover the account or issue a refund if you are unable to.

    Unfortunately both sides are ultimately stating it's not them - beyond that there's not much more to go on.

    Figured it out, and sent them the information back in their ticket,

    The Runescape account gained 84 > 94 mining sounds like they are lying about something whether a service provider did this to them or one of their workers went rogue for service I'm unsure.

    Since they don't wanna take responsibility and hide behind terms of service.

    LET THIS BE KNOWN.

    If you buy or sell a runescape account to Account Kings they can claim you recover the account and charge back.

    When they're at fault they accused me of recovering it when they couldn't show proof of emails?

    Sythe staff couldn't get it out of them or didn't try don't care which it's. at the end of the day, account kings are shady. sold well over 100 + Runescape accounts with no issue like this but if you are going to use a re-seller you will have issues.
