    just tried on a seperate mobile device and the live chat doe not work. it doesnt make any sense that he cant jsut tell me where to meet him thorugh messages here.... he is trying to make us look stupid...

    any way you can show me a screenshot of this live chat working? have you tried it yourself? no matter what i do i cant contact this guy and you accept this excuse? he lists all those other platforms as methods of contact yet he cant reply on any one of them? it makes no sense to me

    like i said im sitting here disbaling firewalls adblocker privacy setting changin browser all because he cant respond to his listed email or discord or sythe accoutn or facebook or get his stupid website live chat to work for his customers

    Our staff tried it on Google Chrome and had no problem opening the live chat, so it really could be on your end - browser, settings or firewall perhaps.

    For me personally, shutting down Portmaster solved the problem. It turns out that if you disallow certain things, certain things won't work.

    I was told that you did not contact the seller before filing a report. Pete responded to me almost immediately.

    However, they have decided to refund you under the circumstances, which is acceptable.

    I am sorry you had trouble buying gold, but the problem was not on the seller's side and he responded promptly to all messages.
