I took a service for hunter and farming. everything went well neatly paid and just got my account back. then i went back to build on my account myself to a sote account. finished few days ago everything quests etc. only to my surprise i had a buyer who want to buy it so i checked it first and the login details didn't do it anymore. Now i contacted kyle myself and he said he was going to contact his worker. only he is not getting any reply from his worker. now i suggested him to refund the whole amount of 40 dollars only he does not agree to this as he says it is not his problem. but it is still his problem since it is his worker.

edit i got some response from his worker

I pinged him in worker chat asking if he was there no response plus lad the account not worth stealing you knew exactly how to play us we didn't mention term of services cause I'm still getting hang of it so you claim false scam report and get 40 buck and another 40 bucks when you sell the account

[K9E5]

Why wont it let me post evidence for

@eredinek @K9E5

Just want to make sure I am understanding you guys:

eredinek ordered servicing done on his account - What date was this requested/started?
you (K9E5) finished the order - What date was this finished?

eredinek later on decided to play on his account doing some misc skilling/questing/etc. with no problems (after K9E5 completed the order it appears)
eredinek later on decided to login to his account to find the login information is no longer the same

What date were the above scenarios @eredinek ?

Please fill out the bolded questions above if the timeline is correct

So you provided information 06/04/24
What date was this completed?
What date did you notice the information did not work?
Did you change your password after the work was completed?

Was there any terms of service agreed to between you two? @eredinek @K9E5

Please address every question above.

[K9E5]

The job was finished a day later and it says in terms of services once job is completed change your password

On June 16 I logged in again and found that the data was no longer correct. i did not change my password because it is very difficult to sell it then

[K9E5]

@eredinek

We started the job 4th of June
Completed the job 5th of June
Job was
1-35 farming
And 15-35 hunter

Unfortunately we cannot hold @K9E5 liable for a job he completed (which you've confirmed) nearly 11 days prior to finding out the account information is no longer working. It's always been advised -- and is smart -- to change the information on your account before & after a service is completed. There's also nothing to support it was @K9E5 and/or the worker specifically.

Considering it sounds like this is your account/you are the original owner I'd suggest recovering this account and regaining access.
