Thanks for all the messages. Unfortunately, we can not force a refund on @Ben GP. There is no proof that Ben owns this imposter account. Running back to the bank to deposit/convert gp is a situation that often occurs for gold sellers. It's likely that the in game imposter noticed this event and took advantage by quickly trading you.

The good news is that I will be placing a DNT in this report.
The bad news is that it's applied to @ultra gold for ban evading @Kelly graaf, @Shirley caster & more.
