Explanation of the trade: 20b Impact For 760M Osrs He Got it and didnt want pay

How they scammed:
I make tickets in jys this guy and i told him that I have 38b Impact he told me that he will take them 1b/6.8$ I told him ok im ready he told me let me take the money and I told him ok I will login now after some minutes he told me that his buyer only wants 20b/760m osrs 1b/38m osrs I told him okay she told him how to transfer the money she told him I will give you the account with the money he told me sec let me ask buyer he ask him and the buyer told him tell him make a new acc and add 20b on it and send me it I told him okay then after that he took the money and told me send me a picture I sent him the picture and the account password then he told me that there is nothing on the account and he send me a pic.
After I sent him everything, he sent me a picture of him in ::Cw next to the bank. I told him, “Why did you go to Cw and tell me that there is no money, and I closed the account. He is in Gamble and the money is in the bag.” He told me that he went to ::Cw so that he could see the bank. This is proof, and I put the money in the bag. There is also a bank at Gamble. another image where he says that 20b are, the first one that happened, I asked him for the bill, he gave me the bill user password When I connect to confirm, the image above appears which did not have any 20b impact So he says that I scammed him, at no time did he move the gold second he wants me to pay him for something that the client did not get thirdly, in addition to that, he knows that going through fp the gp without the account giving anything in exchange causes a problem of rwt or bane, so he claims all his gp, I don't understand it, I can't pay for something that I didn't have the slightest idea about, nor did I take it nor did we sell the gp knowing that he himself got the gold

This method of trading is considered in the same category as drop trading regarding our stance on reports due to the high risk/lack of evidence to support either side's claim.
