The first picture is of runelites highscores showing the last stats of "hc david23" the second it died. Notice the 39 slayer. This was the last slayer level achieved before dying.
The second picture shows the currect stats since the accounts status was revoked to ironman. 40 Slayer! What can not be seen is that almost 20k range was achieved post death as well. It also shows the worker ran back to train more. The public can see for themselves in the runescape website's HS. For those curious the slayer xp gained was 4k.

Also keep in mind the amount of slayer xp in @Iron Services photo is 37299 and the current HS show 38187 which also means that the account continued to be trained on post screenshot, which everything is also post death. Until I confronted him about stealing my account of course.

This should be irrefutable evidence that this slimey dog has changed the password on my account and lied about doing it. He messed up by showing that he has possession of the pop up of 40 slayer being achieved. Why would the account be worked on post death, after the accounts password was changed unless it was to resell at a later date.

You would undoubtedly be a good writer of novels, you have a good imagination, but just so you are aware, the photo taken at the moment of death (the moment you are in the death offices) corresponds to the first dialogue you would have with death the first time you die and lose your things, you can look it up on the wiki but I will show you here, so I say again that you are lying to make this worse than it is

Returning to the topic, I don't think it's very relevant anyway, it seems to me that the mods have enough information to make their decision and if they need more they will ask for it that way, I think we made the points to be discussed quite clear.

I know I deserve reimbursement for you dying on the account. That much is clear. It’s standard practice and I bet anyone else who has dabbled in hcim from scratch accounts agrees. It’s up to the mods if they agree with me or not.

The account being taken is a different story. You know you took control of the account and you lied and you deserve some sort of punishment for it. It’s up to the mods whether they take the evidence given seriously or not. Whether I have to open another scam report or whatever. People need to know you aren’t above taking accounts and lying about it.

I’m not sure where you are getting with this… I’m referring to the fact you have a screenshot of the account getting 40 slayer when the account died at 39 and apparently nobody had access since the moment the account died…

no. regardless of the outcome from the mods, I have had a horrible time using your services and I do not want to deal with you any longer. your worker was slow and did not follow directions. on top of the fact that either you or your employee changed the password of the account, trust is now a big issue. I'm surprised that @President would suggest that knowing that I believe you took my account but I can respect wanting to deescalate the situation in favor of both parties.

The service so far was not finished. The death on the HCIM, despite your ToS stating 'we are not responsible for the death of HCIM...', does not relieve you from your contractual obligation to complete a HCIM with the specified requirements from scratch, as doing so on a new account remains possible.

The work done so far has resulted in an incomplete IM, which is not what was ordered. Saddling IronManSeller with an IM he did not request does not seem to be an adequate solution, despite the account having some value. That's like returning a broken PlayStation and receiving a GameBoy plus a portion of the full amount paid, when the aggrieved party absolutely doesn't need the GameBoy.

Therefore my ruling is: either refund IronManSeller or complete the job on a new HCIM. Given the unsatisfactory execution of the job (read: extreme delay and death of the HCIM), I am inclined to mandate a refund. @Iron Services please refund @IronmanSeller $160
