Another thing to note this user is just extremely sketch, I found another group he added me to with a fake Injure.

Its kind of on me for being careless and getting chargebacked in this case but hopefully this guy gets a perm ban

 

Please fix your images

In regards to bans users are banned for certain timeframes depending upon the amount scammed - they are still DNT'd and unable to access the market. Perm banning users would negate the pardon system ultimately which also would negate community repayments in a way.
