Which violation you are reporting the user for: banning me from communities / revoking my access under false pretense.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: i was banned from the storm server and many others due to being in a server which was apart of breaking plugins (i was not aware of this at the time) I understand the checks for people being in these type of servers and how it's their intellectual property and i don't want to take that away from them. I am however having both my access revoked from many services which i paid for / am paying for, and have not been offered any compensation or refund The discord which i was in i admit is my fault, but i never engaged in it or used the service.

I believe simply being in a discord which i've not engaged in does not fall under this category of "taking part". It's not a private community, it is a open discord i got invited too and forgot about it.

I've spent 100s of dollars on plugins and renewed my membership for multiple storm plugins recently, im not a hacker or anything.

I'm not trying to come at the plugin team since they do good work, i think my case is a bit unfair to me given how im a paying customer in the past and present and have been shut off with no compensation.

The main issue is with "jim". I tried to appeal my ban and he asked me who invited me to the server, which i didn't want too since i didnt want to out my friend. After some re-evaluating i decided to show the pms of who invited me to try and clear my name, and jim let his ego get the better of him and block me instead of trying to solve this issue like adults.

He also claimed that i sent a message in the discord which is how he detected me, which i have never done and implore him to show any proof of that claim.

I've been a paying customer of plugins for years through other providers such as JZ and that is the main issue.

This ban is also banning me from other providers. He also blocked me so i cant really defend myself to him directly which is what made me make this post.

I'm not advertising them. I am reporting them as well as you. You banned me from all the communities, including one that I now learn is banned from Sythe. It is weird to me that you reply with that but you are also working hand in hand with that same individual? I am just upset that I was removed from the community for "breaking tos" when that is not at all true. I believe that you said you have "proof" of me sending a message in the server as well. In response to JZ, his tos says "any attempt" I didn't make an attempt to do anything wrong, I just joined a server that I DID NOT KNOW was selling cracked plugins, I NEVER engaged in this server and never would have.

You can see in the picture he posted that my friend sent me the link and said "free Cg plugin" no mention of it being hacked or cracked, how is it fair to assume that I'd know it's a cracked plugin discord?

In the last picture JZ posted you can see that I never interacted in that discord. Note that I sent these pictures voluntarily to them, you can see I never even had the discord open "100+ new messages", not a single message sent by myself.

If you look at the right side of my discord in the picture where i prove that i did not send any messages you can see im in alot of discords i dont really keep up with most of them i never thought joining a public discord would make you a blackhat/plugin cracker.

In the last picture JZ posted you can see that I never interacted in that discord.

It doesn't seem fair that I can just be scammed out of hundreds of dollars of plugins just because I clicked "join server".

I did not send a single message in that discord, I wasn't aware it was a cracked plugin discord and I would have never bought anything that wasn't from an original developer.

Don't get me wrong I totally get that buying cracked plugins, distributing etc shouldn't be allowed.

The issue here is I did not participate, I was told to join a discord for a free cg plugin, nowhere was it said this was hacked or cracked.

I always paid for my plugins, besides that fact, I would also just never download anything from someone that isn't trusted.

The whole reasoning behind this being such a big deal is that the guy that banned me, Jim aka omgimsorry got very upset that I wouldn't "expose" my friend.

He asked me on the first day to send proof of who invited me, he knew then that I didn't do anything wrong and I didn't participate in this server. He got very upset that I wouldn't "rat-out" my friend.

Ever since that he has held a grudge against me. He then fucked me over knowing I have purchased a lot of plugins from different providers and he banned me from all of them for no reason (he knew i didn't do anything wrong)

Then I had no other choice but to show him my DM's which confirmed my story that I was sent the invite link and wasn't aware of the servers true intentions.

Because of me refusing to send the pictures in the first place Jim kept his hatred for me and didn't give me a fair chance to defend myself afterwards, all he did was block me and ban me from literally every server.

From the invite alone it wasn't evident this was a cracking Discord. But after you joined the server, you would have known this server provided 'free' cracked software/plugins. Why did you not leave the server after finding out about this?

When I joined the discord, it was an empty discord to me, it had the verification thing you have to verificate to see any channel etc I didn't do the verification and therefor didn't see what the discord actually had, i was very inactive for those 2 weeks so i join the first day saw nothing in it and never looked at it again pretty much i was in the discord for (9 days)

At that time I still didn't know it was a cracked plugin discord. I didn't do the verification but after a while I assume people with perms gave me the rank

When I found out I was banned for being in that specific discord (burak told me) I went to check because I was literally not aware of this discord or the discord name (I am in 30+ discord servers so I actually had to look for it)

When I checked I found out I had full access to the discord BUT I NEVER DID THE VERIFICATION. So I was confused as to why I was verificated. It turns out Jim knew that you had to verificate yourself to see the server, that's why he thinks I was actively involved, I told him I didn't verificate myself and that I wasn't lying about it. He doesn't believe me, as you can see by looking at the audit log, the owner gave me the perms, I didn't do anything.

I asked the owner of the discord why he verified me, he said he gave me the rank . He included audit log as proof that he updated my roles, I didn't do it myself.

I wasn't aware of the fact that I had perms (and was able to see the discord) until Burak told me that was the reason why I was getting banned everywhere.

Hello i thought this was resolved but i was told it was re-opened so i will respond here.

Just skimming through the long wall of text, Ayce keeps claiming 'i have a grudge against him', i dont really know where he got this information from as i dont know who he is, i dont care who he is. If you break rules/tos in my discord servers, you will be banned.

Ayce created a ticket in Storm client (storm-client.net if you need to verify) asking why he was banned, he was then asked to explain himself why he was in the server and who invited him, it took abit of back and fourth but eventually the ticket was closed as he himself made the decision as he said and i quote 'im ok not gonna say his name bro idc that ur acting like i cant use other plugins in other clients u brainless idiot i can just inject plugins into runelite this is ur loss not mine'

after this ticket, he then messaged me to beg for forgiveness which of course, if you show me this attitude in a ticket and expect me to talk to you nicely, thats not gonna happen.

to cut it short, Ayce then leaked who invited him to the discord which i told him was already too late for that, as i myself found out who invited him (im that cool).

our dms were then back and fourth of him calling me egotistical and rude and what not but sorry to say, i have absolutely no respect for people who try to share and use illegal plugins!

as for Ayce reasoning of 'i asked jim for proof of me messaging but he cannot provide', coming to this topic is alittle difficult without exposing our operation so as i quote

but i can assure you Ayce was caught being in the discord because of messages he sent in the server.

he was also blocked from my DMs because lil bro kept spamming me, mind you i am a very busy individual with over 5000 discords to moderate, if youre going to spam me and call me names in my DMs, by gods will i have every right to block you to protect my own sanity.

lastly, no matter the outcome of this report, ayce will not be unbanned as it is clear that he is a deranged individual who will lie at his own expense to get out of situations he put himself in, we are storm-client.net and other plugin communities (come join us!) will definitely not want him back.

with my final message, Ayce can stay in RED LIGHT DISTRICT where he truly belongs, with the dirty rats

i dont know what human would join a server (especially with all these scam discords that steal your discord information!) and not check what it is, i would also like him to share the DMs between him and the 'owner' that gave him access to the server without notifying him.

Yesterday you said that you caught me via typing a message in there. The days prior you never mentioned me typing a message in there. JZ showed the pov of how you guys were able to find out I was in that server and it was through mutual servers, not messages sent. On top of this you also said you had proof of me sending a message in there, and are now saying that you don't because you don't have access to red light district audit log. You're also slandering my name by saying I'm apart of that community without showing proof of it to Sythe Staff.

As you can see there is multiple flaws in what they are saying.

1. Jim said I sent a message in the server; which is how he caught me being involved in that server. Which is not true. I left the server when I was in the ticket with them disputing why I was banned. JZ posted above a picture of me still being in the server, which to me says that the picture was taken prior to me leaving meaning that it is the only proof they have of me being affiliated with that discord, not message logs which they tried to accuse me of.
   
   
2. Again, you said you had message proof of me being in the server, but now say you have no access to their audit log of Red Light District so you have no proof of that being true. The audit log of Red Light District is irrelevent, you were able to detect me without the audit log in point 1. So you don't have any proof of me sending a message, nor have I ever sent a message in there.

So with what you're saying, you can just ban a paying subscriber for any reason you want without showing any proof to Sythe Staff, because we'll just take your word for it that you have "proof" of me sending a message even though I didn't?

After carefully reviewing the case and considering the new arguments presented, I have determined that the original verdict will stand. You were invited to this Discord on July 21st, 2023. You also joined this Discord at the same day. About an hour after joining you were assigned roles to view all the channels. Both of the cracks were visible when you were assigned these roles. Four days later you sent a message to the person inviting you and you were still in this cracking Discord. By this you breached the Bot Developer's ToS. They are therefore in their right to revoke your access.
