This just proves my point.

1. I never claimed that you scammed me, this is a violation report, not a scam report. Use your eyes and read like you've been taught when you were a kid.
2. "Violated anything except on himself"?
You've violated by banning me from multiple discord servers yourself including ones where I was a paid customer, while you had no right to do so. You said this in DM (I have a picture of it). So you did violate and are being reported for it here.

I understand you think you're a reputable person as you're a Openosrs developer but honestly I don't give a fuck who you are or what you've done for anyone. The fact is that you think that you can do whatever you want whenever you want and that's not how things work, especially not if you're advertising your product(s) on Sythe, this makes it Sythe involved so Sythe rules apply.


You also mentioned that you had no malicious code inside your Hydra launcher, so do you agree to let a Staff member take a deeper look into the code of the launcher or would you refuse? I assume you'd agree as you have nothing to hide right and ofcourse don't just take the bad parts away to hide anything. Again I am not claiming that you do have malicious code in there, but there's a possibility and I'm simply suggesting that a reputable Staff member takes a deeper look into what's happening in your launcher, since nobody has access to the source beside yourself and Clax.


I won't reply anymore to the thread until I'm asked to by a Staff member of Sythe. Until then if any Staff member wants more information either here or through Discord they know how to contact me.

Considering the absence of specific rules regarding 'causing bans from discord servers' on Sythe, the present claim has a 'tort-ish' nature

The general rule is that Sythe does not engage in off-site activities. There may be exceptions here and there, such as instances of scams, but that is not applicable in this situation.

Furthermore, discord server owners have the freedom to ban users, and unfortunately, we have no control over that. If you believe that a ban was unjustly applied, you will need to address the issue with the server owners. Furthermore, even if you can prove that your banning from those servers was caused by xKyle (the burden of proof lies with you), it is challenging to quantify your economic damages and, therefore, hold xKyle liable for them.
