I am not a mind reader, however it may have to do with the fact that we just reconciled a difference in opinion for how often I should be updated and he felt bad. I asked for a single photo once a day for a "5-7 day" service. He that is unreasonable then offered "free, on the house 9 hours".

That offer was completely unrelated to the 5 hours of DIFFERENT specifications that we agreed to in the screenshots I provided already ,which has still not been complete.

9 hour service is not related to the 5 hours of a DIFFERENT service I am still owed. Need I remind you that this 5 hour service is purely a product of his failure to tell me how his software worked or what it would be doing after I asked? He said the service was either A) Mass catches or B) Grunts. His software touched research which falls into neither of those categories I was told about.

He made a mistake on my account from his own errors -> said he would fix it -> stopped serving me altogether without fixing the mistake -> has not fixed the mistake

Zora, you seem to be services or account provider. If a worker screws up a customers account and you promise to fix it in some way, are you saying you can simply refer to your ToS to halt the service altogether despite that debt to the customer, and absolve all responsibility?

 

Sad to see Oracle has done all the wrong things but gets all the right responses. BTC address has been sent.

Awful first attempt at this service and very upset to see this behavior continually justified and enabled with zero repercussion.

Let this serve as a warning that ToS is the only true word of law and all further agreements are 100% meaningless, no matter how wronged/unpaid you have been; potential customers beware.
