Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
We were reported for taking too long to disburse (in full) a withdrawal request. Requests were made and only a portion of the funds were sent (as we typically don't clear tabs of partners who're frequently buying a lot of gold from us, as it leaves room for them to continue doing so without having to send us crypto and both sides lose money due to having to frequently convert). Upon the next request the request was put on hold due to how rolling-balances and reserves were considered at the time. Eventually Sythe asked us to pay in full anyway, regardless of how business typically occurred at said time, and so we did near immediately.
The decision isn't something we disagree with at the time, we understand that improvements were recommended and sought. In the past we've made changes to how we do business in order to satisfy other concerns, opinions, and recommendations (be it from sythe, or from others). We disagree with the decision now, technically, due to having made significant changes and improvements which will be explained further below.

Anything else you wish to say:
We've implemented, as a result of these recent issues, a more streamlined communication path for these payouts. Obviously larger payouts can still take time, but in most situations we've seen a substantial improvement already.
We're currently working on advancements which has been referenced in the past, such as the ability to withdraw balance directly from our website. This has continued in development along with other useful tools for partners that will further streamline this, and many other, processes.
Furthermore we've also expanded the team who handles these payouts (receiving, reviewing and auditing, etc) to also allow for an even faster turn-around time in general of each request.

In regards to the second report, we understand MoG being in the title may be interpreted differently by buyers and we have since updated our listings for both 99 agility HCIM & Ironman accounts to avoid any future miscommunication with buyers.
