    @Ripe @Divoku how was the transferring of account details handled to each worker?

    @Divoku why did you not change your password when new services were starting / new workers were entering the account?

    done through pms, I prefer it that way as it eliminates any and all risk of more than 1 person having account information.
    he is correct in saying that ''nobody told him that he has to change info''. But, I am a very busy individual, as I work an actual job on top of running this service company, which is why I state these things in the terms of service. I don't think its particularly fair to any party involved if more than 1 person has access to the account, because in the case of something happeneing, like he's stating did. There would be 4 different people that would have to take blame on this. Which is compeletely unfair to the workers.

    Reason being I was guaranteed everyone was trustworthy on the account, also I wasn't aware I was going to be given so many workers on the account usually other services assign 1 worker per order, also I was just about to change all my info after I given it to the last guy but as I had given it already they told me my account had already been cleaned. It's very unfair that I was blamed for this issue, especially since Ripe gave me the not to worry so I wasn't hesitant when it came to giving workers info.

    Hello good friends

    Ripe cannot be held liable in this situation. According to his ToS, it clearly states that changing passwords is the user's responsibility. Hence, it wouldn't make sense to hold him accountable for not reiterating this message in the ticket. Therefore, the responsibility for the risk associated with granting multiple individuals access to your account lies with you.
