Explanation of the trade:

1. -i was told before bootcamp i'd be paid higher amount as a salary if was accepted, i agreed.
   - i was offered a lower amount and was convinced by elibeth that she'll move forward with the amount i asked at that time after 3 months probationary was over
   -at first i was hesitant cuz the pay was drastically low, but i agreed cuz i was intrigued how this business worked, and as i was promised a better salary + comissions from eli, i thought 3 months is a short period which i wouldn't mind getting paid this low wage.
   -so i decided to agree and went forward with this offer.
   -so a week prior to my contract expiration, i messaged eli to give her heads up saying that my contract is going to expire in a week, so we should talk about pay/the new contract.
   -eli kept saying, she will send in due time.
   -2 days after my contract expired i was given an offer which was lower than the amount promised and was told they'd do another review after 4-6 months.
   - i told them to reconsider telling them that was not the agreed amount.
   -days go by i keep asking eli and she kept having a new excuse every time i asked ( sick/waiting/ i'll let you know end of shift)
   -finally exactly 15 days after my contract expiration, eli messages me with another proposal, giving me a slight increase and i told eli , to make arrangements starting the day after tomorrow as i will not be working from then on wards. ( yes , if you think i should have given a weeks notice, unfortunately its been 15 days at this point since my contract expired and i'm being lured into thinking i will be paid an amount i want/deserve )
   - i worked the next day so that james wouldn't have troubles and the next day eli comes with another small increase but with major flaws
   -she increased my pto with 1 week and reduced commission by 60%, again i disagreed i believe. -then David persuaded me into taking it and finally i thought as i could quit whenever i want, i could give it a shot
   -but before signing the contract i asked to revert back the commissions and reduce the pto, to her reply being (need to wait 4-6 months )
   -i told her i'm not signing the contract and also a day prior told her i won't be working from the day after tomorrow ( which was that day ) unless i sign a contract so she somewhat started blackmailing me and saying " i wouldn't advise from doing that "
   - she proceeds to send my message back at me saying that i agreed as it would affect david/james on the shift, where i replied with a screenshot of her agreeing to pay me a higher wage.
   -at the end of the day she came back and said okay she'll raise my commission back, then instantly proceeds to say ""no"" and gives another offer which was meh.
   - i tell her straight up, i'm done with all these negotiations and i want to be paid for the extra days i worked outside my contract.
   - i was told by her previously that i would not be underpaid for these days that were outside the contract so i asked her to give me the commission and stuff from the final offer she presented to me as well which she aired me, and then finally after pestering her a bit, she refused and gave me attitude. then told another colleague to message back to me.
   -and the other dude just blatantly wasted my time honestly, late replies, just was time passing. ( Alberto )
   
   -I asked to be paid, right now if i'm underpaid OR I asked them to pay me with the comissions so i don't get underpaid, if i have to wait to get my money.
   -Alberto starts ignoring me to which i start mocking him by saying "maybe you also are underpaid like me"( i shouldn't have done that but they aren't paying me/he just wasting my time )
   -finally my manager, David responds saying you shouldn't have talked like that,bla bla bla and blocks me too before i could reply.
   -in the message he wrote to me, he also added Alberto will answer all your questions, so i message Alberto and see that he has me blocked.
   - in this whole situation i messaged Veng and he told me to message the Owner, but he clearly just aired me like it doesn't even matter to him.
   
   -at the end of the day i would like to say is that, if you wanna get underpaid then please email your cv at [email protected] .
   -also to add, they are friendly till you provide them something in return, after that you'll just get late replies and bad service throughout.
   - i would never have taken the job if they hadn't promised me a higher salary, i took a 3 month contract ( from which 1.5 months i had to work night shift because they didn't have a position for me in the morning?)
   
   what i expect from this?
   -if i must wait, i should be compensated as i worked these 11 days outside my contract unwillingly as they lured me into working for them and kept stalling me for days till they gave me a proposal.

How they scammed: not keeping their promises, made me work over time for the days they made me wait ( she kept giving me an excuse every time i asked. i feel like i worked extra time and have not been paid yet )- they tell me i'll get paid next friday, i want to be paid right now cuz they are underpaying me for these 11 days i worked . i am willing to wait if they give me compensation/ at least along with my commission that was offered to me for these 11 days.

You'll need to post the logs here, we don't handle private reports. If your having a bad experience working for chicks as an agent, or are being taking advantage of there could possibly be others. Though if you try to make it private or not posts the logs, then you are only aiding them in taking advantage of others

 

As is standard with all new hires, we started the OP on a probationary contract as a trial period for both him and the company. This allows time for both parties to get to know one another and see if it's the right fit. Towards the conclusion of this probationary period, as the OP described, we entered into negotiations for a contract extension. To preface, if this negotiation extends post-probationary contract, we'll retroactively apply any agreement we make to that date and provide the necessary/corrected pay. While this is rare, in this situation it was unavoidable as the OP was nearly impossible to negotiate with, which will be described below.

The first offer was made in mid-late December, of which the OP declined and stated what he would like to receive. We took that feedback/response in mind and provided an offer more in-line with his expectations.
Upon this offer, the OP was still not satisfied and stated that he would cease working as of 1/10/2023 (the next day) and that it was a pleasure working with us and that he respects everyone. At this time it was a standard negotiation which happens sometimes where two parties can't come to an agreement and are set to part ways - at this time, no hard feelings were expressed nor and dissatisfaction.

The next day (1/10/2023), which was his last day to be working, we let him know that we would offer him what was desired. He did not want to discuss it while working, which we respected, and discussed it with him afterwards. After receiving the contract as he wanted, he then decided he wanted to change it again, stating a desired change in his pay structure and benefits.
By this point in time, there isn't anything we can do - once we agree on something and create the contract, he is now requesting further increases, just to see what he can get, without any end in sight. At this point we cease negotiations, no longer interested in keeping this working relationship.

By this point in time it's worth mentioning that we operate on a standard bi-weekly pay schedule. Any hours an employee works, even one that has been let go, quit, or anything similar, will always be paid out. They do not get paid out immediately upon the day they left, but on the nearest pay day (the same schedule of pay they would have if they were working).

The OP decided that due to us ceasing negotiations and no longer pursuing the working relationship, that they were now dissatisfied with the process and proceeded to verbally harass a large portion of our team. This after (just hours prior) sending messages communicating that he appreciated the attempts we made, and some peoples efforts to work things out. From our point of view we're almost dealing with two different people, and we've been unable to resolve anything due to the OP's refusal to allow it. A package of screenshots will be provided to any administrator who requests them showing supportive evidence to these claims at length.

Since this time, demands have been made with timeframes in the minutes ("So I expect a reply in a few minutes", "I will wait another 10 minutes for your answer", "I'll actually have breakfast, so you have like 30 more minutes",etc). False accusations were levied, insinuated threats were made, and high levels of harassment were conducted by the OP towards the ChicksGold team.
We have never had any interest in taking part in any behavior mentioned by the OP. Obviously at times negotiations can be a struggle, but we always aim to be respectful, appropriate, and reasonable. To date, I cannot recall a situation where we've had an employee take an agreement that was made by both sides, and then attempt (in bad faith) to then refuse to sign in order to try and get more once again, and then conduct behavior such as creating this thread without merit and in a clear attempt to manipulate.

Again, a package of screenshots can be provided to support any and all claims made in this post to the Sythe administrator/moderator whom requests them.

Also, another affectee has risen and has come to me telling me as he too has faced not a similar but something that chicks has done and wasted his time, *leading* him on for 3-4 months.

I have told @BlackBlasses about that as well and we should, soon have a conclusion.

 

Just to make things more clear as well, the OPs main concern here is the demands he made to be paid early (immediately). As a worldwide standard, we execute our payroll biweekly and the pay date is exactly 1 week after the end of the payroll period. The 1 week delay, standard in most companies, is used to audit payroll entries and afford time for any corrections. That date is coming up, the audit process is currently on going and pay is set to occur in just a few days in which the OP, of course, will absolutely be paid in full just like everyone else. Documents related to BlackBlasses' request have been sent.

My main concern is Chicks as a whole

1-promising a higher wage for 3 month probationary- not fulfilled
2-promising a higher wage after 3 months probationary-not fulfilled
3-promising me I won't be underpaid for the extra days I was scammed into working for you guys-not fulfilled
4-getting the manager who was somewhat my friend to guilt trip me into accepting your low wage offers
5-accusing me of threatening you guys
6-leading on someone other than me for 3-4 months as well.
7-lying about you guys not wanting to keep this working relation, while it was me who told you guys multiple times that I was good and didn't want further relations with you guys.

The only reason I told you guys to pay me right now, is because you guys said it to my face, that you would underpay me as I didn't sign your *scam* contract.

Why should I wait, on your terms, to get paid a lower amount?


again, I could've signed the contract and left right after and you guys would have to legally, pay me.

just a public update; I've asked @Shadow Nome to post any evidence he would like sythe staff to consider in this report and will give him some time to do so - ideally within 24h, but this can be prolonged if requested - otherwise, I will be closing this report, as there isn't enough proof at the time of this post.

Regarding unpaid work - you really appear to be paid bi-weekly and you can expect to receive your payment on your next payday (See Astro's reply, your contract and chatlogs).

Any hours an employee works, even one that has been let go, quit, or anything similar, will always be paid out. They do not get paid out immediately upon the day they left, but on the nearest pay day (the same schedule of pay they would have if they were working).

Thank you for posting at least something. However, this selection of screen shots is not enough to show the full context, or to prove any wrongdoings that could be considered against the sythe rules.

I will address each of your points separately and then close this report as invalid.

Regarding "underpaid for the extra days" - please see Astro's reply:

If I remember correctly your Discord conversation that you screen shared to me, you were told basically the same thing, i.e. your new contract would be applied retroactively.

It is important to note, that you didn't sign your new contract, so a payment according to your old contract should be expected.
You were hoping to receive a better contract and perhaps for a valid reason, so I understand that you didn't sign it and wanted a greater increase in compensation for your work, but on the other hand, this was your own decision and you didn't post sufficient evidence that would prove any wrongdoings in regards to proposed compensation from their side.

Regarding "scammed into working" - That's a very strong claim and not substantiated by evidence provided in this report.

It's certainly good to know for any future applicant, If a full-time contract is not automatically offered after a training period. However, not offering a contract after a probation period *training period is not against the rules in itself. If there's more to the story, this gentleman can open a report and sythe staff will review his evidence. I cannot possible rule on this based on the screen shots you posted.

This is not really malicious, and/or of importance. Things tend to evolve and you refusing to sign any new contract with them, doesn't mean that they are no longer interested in trying to negotiate with you.
