Explanation of the trade: She approached me about work. We gave her a questing job (218 QP → Quest cape). Agreed that I would revindicate 20m supply costs after the job was completed and I would place 10m + a bond on the account at the start.
How they scammed:
-Consistently broke contract

• By not updating daily as was agreed
• By refusing to cover supplies and continue with the job, after I did my contractual part
• Ultimately, by stopping working at all. The job should have finished in 2 weeks. It's dragged out over 3 months now.
• After the job dragged out, she refused to give me ETA's

-Kept begging for money, while it was completely unnecessary. I.e. she was leveling up mining at the motherload mine and randomly kept asking me for 30m.
-Tried to ghost me multiple times. First by stopping to update and completely ignore me for days. Then when I told her I was going to report her if she kept ignoring me she told me she was "sick". Sick enough to ignore me altogether, but not sick enough to browse the forums and-so-forth. I confronted her with this. She then accidentally left my Server. When I noticed I asked her what's going on. After pushing she told me it was an "error". At this point, very little work was done. I told her I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. I'd still pay her out in full if she would get back on it. She agreed and I made a new ticket for her. She promised me the work would be done in 10 days. She did nothing during those 10 days. When I confronted her she changed her voice, accusing me of being DNT and having no power over her. While I have no power over her (or over anyone), she is still contractually bound by something whether she likes that or not. In the end, she started pushing for me to place more supplies on the account. She would cover the bond she said. Ultimately I came to agree to place 10m extra on the account. She then said that I should also provide for the bond. I warned her that this was her last chance. I wasn't going to deviate from the contract again. I was already being extremely lenient. If she wasn't going to comply I would just report her. She responded that she was done with me threatening to report her and I should just do it. So here we are.

9. After another month of nonsense in the new ticket and her doing nothing, I confront her again. This time I need to place more supplies. I tell her no, that's not conform the contract. She tells me it's that or no work. I tell her, whatever, I'll drop 5m. She tells me she wants more and adds that she has been covering supplies (which is a lie: the account is non-members, in the account message history it can be verified when the account has had membership and most of the account's wealth is stored as p2p items in the bank). I tell her that I will put 10m additionally on the account if that's what motivates her. She declines while saying that I should also cover the bond. I remind her of our contract (which she has no respect for).:

My goal: I've warned her what would happen multiple times. But for some reason, she thinks she can just do whatever she wants and contracts and such don't apply to her. I think she didn't expect me to report her so she just pushed her limits. Well, wrong guess. In the case she literally signed the contract to be sure of work - so to keep the money-flow going - well, then I'm also against that. Don't make promises you can't keep.
So yeah. I'm due 100m, but honestly, I don't care about the money. It's a matter of principle. Get her off the damn market.

To explain the claim: Contract says that penalty for for delay is 10m per day. In the case of a termination, she'd owe me 100m.

I also see that there's some claims that aren't covered by screenshots (like her begging for money etc.) I will post them if staff requires me to.

Hi Gabriela, thanks for responding.

Most of the stuff you said doesn't concern this thread. At core is what is contractually agreed upon and what has happened in concern to the contract. Nevertheless, I will respond to some of your claims, because mods may find it relevant.

First it was you who was sick (see spoiler 3) and then it was your grandmother. I don't get it.

I'm not sure if I would proudly post how I got 35 quest points in 3 months if I were you. But anyway here are some facts:
-You agreed to a contract (see spoiler 1)
-I had to chase you for updates or ETA's when you missed another one (of your own) deadlines. If I hadn't messaged you, you would have just ghosted me - which is what you wanted
-I supplied the first 10m and bond as contractually agreed upon (spoiler 1 for contract). If your claim is that I did not do this then there's two problems with that claim:
1. You never raised this concern at the start of the service (because there was nothing wrong and your claim is calse. There was and still is 10m+ on the account). You also sent some p2p screenshots which prove that the account at the very least had a bond.

2. The account has had no membership for a while now. It can be verified that the account has 10m+ in supplies in p2p on the bank. These p2p supplies cannot be placed or muled off the bank without providing membership on the account, which hasn't happened because membership ran out a while ago (this can be verified in the account manager -> messages screen)

These two points make your point very unlikely to be true and give you the burden of proof to show that you have placed anything whatsoever on the account.

Secondly, the contract also said that all other supplies were to be covered by you. I would revindicate up to 20m from those supplies after the job was completed. So even if you would magically fabricate false evidence that you are the one who supplied the account in the beginning, then it wouldn't even matter.

Neither of them work for me, they're freelancers. I have had Etherosrs do work for me in the past and have had neutral experiences using his services, unlike Gabriela (who is really not good at what she does). From what I know: Gabriela and Etherosrs are both Venezuelan, they both have this weird typing style where they use capslock a lot, however, I do believe they're different people from the way they speak. Etherosrs is a lot more assertive and negotiates more. But that's my opinion @Pirate

 

@Gabriela calderon you will need to pay these debts, I would DNT your brother but its apparent you are different users under the same home ip, @Etherosrs don't make the mistake of letting her on your Sythe account.
