I have not done anything against TOS besides this. The "ban evasion" on Mr Dice Aiot I believe was due to the fact I had the account. I did not try use this as a loop hole to continue trading under a different alias, the records should prove this.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
The description is outlined in more depth on my previous appeals. The scam took place a few years ago now and my recollection of the events are not as accurate as the accounts in my previous appeals. In brief, I scammed a customer for an amount of 430m 07 on 26/02/2019. I am glad that they were paid and I hope they are doing well.

I am asking for forgiveness from the Sythe team/community as my attitudes, maturity and business practices have changed over the course from 2019 till now. I have continued to have an involvement within the underground RS community buying/selling gold, I can have a few people vouch for the business conducted. I am ashamed of what I did in 2019 and not being involved within Sythe has been a huge burden that I have experienced over the last 3+ years. I have continued to post pardons, this is a reflection that I know I will do the right thing if I am given the chance to trade within Sythe again.
