Difficult to scam someone who has read all the sticky posts. Just becareful with the double send bitcoin scam

 

Follow section stickys, always confirm their discord unique id/username, get a sythe pm confirming both your discord unique id's and usernames (and a screenshot of your chat for extra measure) and don't accept methods that you can get charged back for such as paypal from people that you don't deem trusted, and always wait for 1 confirmation on blockchain before delivering and you shouldn't have a problem.

I thought it was 10 confirmations though? Also I've been offered USDT but it seemed like they were trying to trick me on the network since I don't understand the like.. 5 networks USDT has.

 

I actually don't know of that one.

 

Here is how it works: so I send bitcoins to ur address with the lowest mining fee, then send the same bitcoins with a high mining fee to my address.
U will get a confirmation that the bitcoins were sent but never receive them and the scammer will prompt u to quickly give him the gold. It's called double spending. Becareful of this one

 

Oh... I will ALWAYS wait until 10 confirmations. - That's the proper way to do it right?

 

2 minimum I think, but google double spending and educate urself further
