Explanation of the trade: Got paid from several clients and placed his own personal orders
How they scammed:
He placed several orders (around 15 accounts that personally belong to him) and took money from clients for orders that were finished or are still in progress and still have yet to pay the workers anything. The head of the workers (He goes by Itman) has been trying to contact him for a long time and he has not responded. One of the clients has also tried to contact him but he was blocked. I believe this is shown in the other thread (linked above) made by @Departure

An explanation of what happened:
Idk where to start tbh. Itman is a Venezuelan OSRS worker who worked for Tryhard AKA Codybanks. He is the head of the team of workers that previously worked for Tryhard.

I contacted itman after he completed services for me through tryhard to thank him. We chatted a bit and I was interested in knowing how he and tryhard met because I was also interested in starting my own service with my own vision. He then said he wanted to work together and I told him I'd think about it. After sometime I decided to give it a go and I started a server with him.
Tryhard was not happy about this. Itman had lied to him about working with me because I assume he was scared. I explained to Itman that this wasn't a nice thing to do and that he is free to work with whoever he wants as long as he is transparent with me. I simply asked him to not conduct any private deals for the safety of my server.
Quickly after this, my deal with itman fell through due to misunderstanding and he made some impulsive decisions that disappointed me. We had a falling out due to this and our partnership ended. I continued to build my server on my own and found other workers.
A couple of days ago Itman reached out to me and apologized for what happened and I decided to give him a second chance. It turns out that Tryhard hasn't been answering his customers and he up and left his own server. He left Itman in charge and Itman wanted to invite me to it to help him but I told him to explicitly ask Tryhard for permission first as I did not want to go on his server without his consent.

After taking over Tryhard's server, I told everyone that anyone with an existing order can move over to my server since Tryhard's server is effectively dead. And that I'll make sure to keep them updated since the same workers that were doing these services are my workers too. I even offered to let them carry over their current discounts and offered them free upgrades.

I have no ill will towards Tryhard. He seems to be angry at me because his workers changed jobs. I never asked them to stop working for him. They can work with whoever they please at anytime.

I am making this report on behalf of the workers since they are my workers and their previous boss hasn't paid what he owes the workers.

They were also told to not do anything with the accounts and simply secure them with an email until further instructions from Sythe admins regarding this dispute. This was done to try to salvage something in case he doesn't pay what he owes.



Let me clarify, Oracle OSRS Services does not have ANYTHING to do with Plug services/Tryhard's server. We simply share/shared some of the same workers. I am simply trying to make sure my workers get paid what they owed and their customers get what they asked for.

These are accounts that YOU ordered. You went AWOL and did not respond to either customers or the workers. The workers panicked and we had to do something until this issue was resolved.
The accounts were not touched beyond the services you asked for. Other than that the workers were instructed to place an email and change the password until this issue is resolved by Sythe admins. We're happy to change the email and password to your own when payment has been made.

As for your discord, it is as you left it and regardless what you think of me for "stealing" your workers, it is your server and I'm happy to give it to you whenever you want it down the line.


As for the GP on the accounts, that GP was used up because you've ordered several SoTe accounts and med-high end builds. Your GP was not "stolen". It was used for the very same accounts that you're now refusing to pay for. As for memberships, they run out lol, take that up with jagex.

itman informed him that we can send him an email and pass change request on any of the accounts the workers temporarily claimed if he's willing to pay for the progresses that happened on the accounts.


EDIT: Let me clarify, this was only done on the accounts that belonged to tryhard. The workers continued to service other client's accounts as initially ordered despite not knowing whether tryhard was going to pay or not.

1) I addressed him lying to about working in my first post. I never told him to do so or do I support it. I told him it was not an okay thing to do. I already said this several times. Talking about it any further is just beating a dead horse.
2) From the screenshots he sent me AND messages in the discord server you left, he asked the customers to contact you to get their money back when wasn't getting an answer from you.
3) What I offered him is literally non of your business. I told him botting accounts can last a few days or months. (mind you this is before the recent ban wave in powbot). This was an idea I had that I suggested. I don't understand how this is relevant to this case whatsoever. It was MY idea that I approached him with, if he wanted to try it with others that is his business.
4) I wouldn't say I had any right. I never asked for any cut or any commission from orders placed on your server. When you LEFT the server with no heads up and gave it to Itman, he asked me to help him and I told him I would not get in the server until he EXPLICITLY asked you first. Which you said yes to. Again, this is something I already addressed.
Regardless, I told the existing customers (YOUR CUSTOMERS) that their existing orders will carry over and I'll make sure they're completed. This was YOUR job to do but you left the server and gave itman ownership. I simply helped him and wanted to make sure everyone was satisfied. No customer complained and in fact were happy that someone was actually giving a shit.
5) Regarding the 40% late fee or whatever, I did not know about this until recently. When Itman told me about this I told him this is an agreement that he entered with you. So if he agreed to it then there is nothing to do about it. So if you are deducting a "late" fee I guess it is within your right to do so.

When you said you were going to last night, I immediately posted an update in the thread and messaged Yoshiki on discord and told him about it. So I'm sick and tired of you accusing me of slander. I didn't slander you.
I also never threatened, extort or blackmailed you. Our last messages to each other were on the 29th of April when me and Itman had that falling out. I never contacted you after that.

As for for putting ideas in his head, you seem to say that quite often just because I suggested a split with botting with him which somehow, someway you are so angered by. I am not interested in your money. You're free to take the agreed upon commission with the workers from orders you took. I have no interest in that. @Yoshiki I want to know what to do with the accounts the workers temporarily claimed.
It was a decision done at my instructions and I take full responsibility for it. I apologize if it was a bad thing to do. The accounts can easily be transferred back to @CodyBanks email if he wants them as long as he pays for the work that was done on the accounts. If he wants to deduct a late fee then all I ask is for him to show proof that they are late and then deduct it if it is true.

if he doesn't want to pay for the work that he ordered, then these accounts will go to the assigned workers as reimbursement. I believe that is the best way to salvage this. Other than that I can confirm that $529 has been sent to Itman and he will be sending it out to the workers today.

There is nothing I can find regarding accounts needing to explicitly stay unregistered. This was only said after we decided to register the accounts to protect ourselves. The only thing I found agreed upon in chat is that Tryhard will pay Itman after the accounts are completed. And Itman and @CodyBanks agreeing to a late fee if the worker is late on delivering their job.

Itman is the one who suggested this "late fee" that Tryhard mentioned in his 5th point above. Itman was the one to suggest 40%. Tryhard thought it was steep and it seems like they left it at 25% and not 40%.

And yes you are definitely slandering my name. This debt had no involvement of you. The only debt that was owed was the accounts I requested the services to stop. I gave you guys every single payment for the fucking orders on the server even though I didn't have to because they're not completed, and again no customers asked me specifically for a refund or tried to add me and ask. The only person who asked is Shoko, and after they see all this I hope they understand that you're a sketchy individual and they no longer do business with you. And regardless of the fact that I didn't reply for a few days due to being busy, if they would've continued to service the accounts it would've clearly taking another 10+ days, so why the fuck are they freaking out for the payment so bad when they wouldn't of gotten it for another 10 days anyways?

As for the "XD" I replied to his deleted message saying that it would never happen for like the 20th time when he was demanding EVERY PAYMENT FOR THINGS NOT FINISHED. The deal was to finish then get paid, so literally this dispute is super unnecessary, nothing's completed on the customers end, yet I still gave you guys all the funds? Why? I really wish ITMAN wouldn't deleted his message from me because when I sent the $500 he told me "Okay, don't pay for the ones changed, just pay for what you will" or something very similar which would've closed this right here and now.

My accounts stopped getting serviced for weeks so they could "Work" with you too, yet not you or ITMan wanted to mention that we all had the same workers until ITMAN went AWOL and deleted your server bro lol. Then you got back in his ear and got him to try todo the same shit to me because you thought I told him todo it. You're both a perfect match for each other to work together.


And as for the gold on the accounts and the membership. No you guys do owe me for this if you want this dispute to continue. You claim the accounts can be given back to me, what about the ones I paid for without discounting for the missing items they cleaned?

This is an SoTe account from a worker, on day 30 of service, minus the 4 days of them not working. With me providing the worker over 40M of GP to service this account (he had like 6 of these accounts and they're all cleaned with the same progress)

This is one of the accounts I paid for the work for. Why did they clean it? Where is my 40M x 6 for these accounts? Should I continue going through all the banks and accounts? I do not want the accounts back, they registered an email on them, possibly changed the password 20 times, they were made with a VPN which I purchased and provided to everyone on the server, so now they have more recovery info than I have and I'm not willing to risk it after they already scammed me at your say. Your property, you can pay for it, or help them sell it.

In damages in total worth of time wasted for membership always came out of the workers payment if they're late. This is 30 days of progress, which is unacceptable, my membership was wasted on 6 accounts, my gold was stolen there is no buyables done.

Wanna know why you're slandering my name?

I spent $100+ on discord bots, $70+ on VPNs that I shared with all the workers, $30+ on art work, gave away 30M, gave away a zulrah account, ticket patron etc. Over $200-300 on this project / server just to be stabbed in the back which is cool it's petty money. But wanna know my profit margins / my commission ?
Each job I profited maybe $5-10. There was 2 jobs where me and ITMan would've had a decent commission of over $20 each. The accounts I was servicing to sell? After the GP and membership cost, I again was profiting maybe 10-15M each account, and promised ITMAN $2 per account sold as part of commission for the accounts I was getting serviced. I literally spent all this time and money to help them get a better pay, and get jobs. They begged for jobs so I came up with the idea to sell accounts to give them jobs. Guess what? They cried and asked for money before the job was completed because they had no food, what did I do? I gave them an advanced. What happened? ITMAN got mad every employee was asking for advanced, and shut that shit down. 1-2 days go by and he's asking me for an advanced on an account and flips out "You give everyone an advanced but your admin blah blah blah im not happy working with you. find a new admin" cool whatever he said we're done with advanced but asking for advances. Go on a few days, kids asking me over and over for days straight for all the payments of things not completed. What's going to happen when I do that? He's going to leave my server completely and go work with you, which is fine but I'm not being cut out and scammed which you two have been trying todo this entire time.

I fed these families, and I hope you have enough money to-do the same but you tried to steal my discord bot instead of buying it so assuming you're broke.

I'm not paying for the accounts they stole, some of the accounts I even paid for are cleaned and have minimal work on them with the late penalizing and I didn't penalize anyone for cleaning accounts either if I still had access, I paid them very fairly even through all this bullshit.

I'm not going to be active in the marketplace or on Sythe anymore this is my actual last reply.

If you want some real evidence have them invite you to both my worker and service discord and give you admin permissions, thousands of messages between me and itman if they're not deleted / edited like our personal messages.
