You have a guy that cannot speak English and literally has to use a translator to communicate with you and you respond to him with "XD, you got what you wanted, that's sad, enjoy" and you expect him to NOT freak out over the fact that you may or may not pay him? As for whether this dispute is necessary or not, that's debatable. The workers waited and with no response from you and advice from others, I decided to open up this thread. The moment you responded and said that you will be paying "tonight" I posted it and sent a DM to Yoshiki immediately. So if my intentions were to just fuck with you or slander you, I wouldn't have posted it as soon as I got it.

You have absolutely NO evidence of your accounts stopped being serviced BECAUSE they wanted to work with me for weeks. Itman did not reach out to me until 18th of May.

As for your bots, yes I contacted Titanite and asked him to transfer them to my server. These are NOT your bots. Not anymore. You gave up ownership of the server completely when you said "enjoy" and transferred ownership to Itman and then left the server. So the fact that you want to bring this up when it has nothing to do with you paying or not paying what you owe is just you trying to drag my name through the mud.
Regarding GP missing from your accounts, I will look into what was done and if there is any GP stolen I'll refund that to you and punish the assigned worker. I will investigate this and update the thread later. It is not acceptable and if there was any kind of stealing then I'd like to deeply apologize. I will look into it ASAP.

The truth of the matter is, Tryhard has been neglecting his duties in his old server. He was rarely responding to his admin for a long time. He rarely answers the question directly when itman asked him if he will be paying the workers. And again, this is a guy who uses a translator to communicate.

- When he repeatedly didn't answer, I had to ask the clients to message him but they didn't reach him either. When that continued to happen, I made the impulsive decision to put a hold on his personal accounts and initiated this report. Looking back at this decision, I understand it can be seen as irrational. I sincerely apologize if I jumped the gun. But I needed to calm the workers down and I had to make a decision.
- He made several posts with just pure speculations, "if I wanted to scam the workers I would've done x at x". That's like me saying if I was a billionaire I'd never buy anything expensive and only give it away to the poor. How many hypotheticals can he make? I can't read his mind. The decision to make this thread and hold his accounts were based on the messages he sent and lack of general response.
- I'd GLADLY give you administrator over the servers if you'd like to audit them.

The accounts that belong to him that were registered, they weren't done by me or itman or a specific individual. It was up to each assigned worker to do it since it was their time and energy that was spent on these accounts.

Blurred out the invite links to avoid trolls, I'd happily give the admin in charge of this dispute temporary ownership access to the servers to investigate further. Itman feels this way too as per his statement.

I am still investigating all the accounts that he ordered. But so far 7 workers for 9 of tryhard's accounts have come forward and confirmed the status of his accounts. No one has seen 40m as he claims. We're still waiting for the rest to answer. I'll update it as we get more answers.

EDIT: I can provide screenshots of the progress made on his accounts if needed. all of his accounts were leveled up from a fresh account.

 

Itman wasn’t there to receive or give them any gold. Each account was given roughly 10-25m each time it was restocked. The MM2 ones for surely given 25m each starting. Enough to cover chins and skilling all at once.

the worker in question is Sammy VZ or whatever the hell his name is that cleaned the accounts with most of the gold they’re at the top of my list I cba to check the rest. Gonna just end up giving everything away to someone.

We can close this case right here. The workers don't want this to carry on. I'm happy to let you audit our servers and check all the messages if you want.

- Tryhard paid $529 of what he owed. EDIT: if I'm not mistaken, $469 is the total amount customers paid $60 is what he paid for the work on his personal accounts.
- What do we do with the accounts that I instructed the workers to register? Can we give them these accounts as compensation? or do we return the accounts and send an email & password change to Tryhard and he pays for for the progress done on the accounts? Edit: an answer to this solves this case.
- We're still looking into the person that allegedly cleaned his accounts. If it is true, We'll ban the worker and I'll pay the money he stole in reimbursement. If @CodyBanks still doesn't want it, It can go to the Community repayment.



Other than that, there shouldn't really be anything else to discuss. I'm tired, he's tired and the workers are tired.

According to itman, $60 paid by Shoko and $40 paid by rangedishere has till not been paid yet. Those jobs are still in progress.

You can either send me the money and I'll pay the workers when the job is finished or you can send it to itman.
If you feel more comfortable keeping the money until the work is done and willing to pay when that happens then that is fine too.
Feel free to deduct your fee since these were made under your ownership.

Anything will be sent to itman that is for customers accounts, without me taking any “commissions” / fees I already told you how much there is per order and that $5 isnt worth the headache of being told I’m “stealing more” lol.

Do you recall the items that were on the accounts that you said were cleaned? any information regarding this would be helpful. I understand you don't care about the accounts but an accusation like that is very serious. And if you are correct then it shouldn't go unpunished.

The workers are prepared to settle this.
I never called @CodyBanks a scammer, the customers/members who asked if he ever scammed I repeatedly declined that. I created this whole report because there was no indication of whether he was going to pay or not pay.

I made the decision and instructed the workers to place an email and password on @CodyBanks personal accounts because I didn't know what was going to happen. To be perfectly honest he never struck me as a scammer. But because of his lack of response and being busy all the time and seeing the "enjoy, have fun" stuff, I wasn't really sure anymore. So I made it to just have some kind of assurance. I didn't really see returning the accounts with an email/pass change request as a bad thing.
I understand that this decision can be seen as bad. I do deeply apologize to @CodyBanks and to you @Yoshiki.
Since @CodyBanks didn't want to continue the services on these accounts he does not want to pay for them because of my decision, the workers are prepared to accept the accounts as compensation so they can either use them or sell them at their discretion.

As for the money paid, $529 has been paid. The only payment left is for Shoko and rage which @CodyBanks said will pay (the latter) and look into the payment from Shoko.
So, they just need the money that wasn't included in the $529 and the permission to move forward with the accounts. With that this case can be considered resolved.

Despite our differences and your opinion of me, I do truly wish you well and nothing but the best. I apologize to you for getting this angry. I sincerely apologize if I made you feel like a scammer. I never really called you a scammer, the intention with the report was to pressure you into paying the workers what they were owed. I understand that you are busy with life but I think we can both agree that for some of the workers this is their livelihood and they freak out when they don't get paid or feel like their payment is in jeopardy.

You can believe this or not, but I truly never had any bad intentions.

I am really sorry this got out of hand. I was angry too and felt attacked. I had enough after spending the entire weekend arguing this. I think we can both agree we both went out of our way to talk about shit that had nothing to do with this case. I apologize for my part in this.
