@Kaiser38 as I stated above, you need to contact the paypent provider that you sent the money through if you have not recieved it yet, searchy has already sent a refund. Post here with what they have to say when they get back to you.

Spoken to @Ember and she has advised me to wait till the 19th of May.

Apparently because Searchy has a middle company dealing with his banking transactions they take 7-10 business days to process the refund.

@Yoshiki its not my job to tell you what to do but don’t you think you should give him a DWC until this is resolved because its been over a month and the guys literally replied 1-2 times


His done nothing to resolve the issue and I’m the only person affected by the situation

you’re still asking me when the person you’re actually supposed to ask is @Searchy

 

@Searchy sent me screenshots of him contacting customer support and the refund is still on the way, it is out of his hands.
This report will be closed now, @Kaiser38 I suggest you contact customer support.
