Yes, I stated I am not the original owner of the account and if the account moved out of his original email it makes the recovery more difficult. I also offered him have full access to email, but if that were the case then he will be response to what happens in email.

For me, it looks user used account deathmatches and scammed other users got caught, and are now trying to get money back.

Your reply gives me a few questions,

firstly you’re trying to frame me for something I didn’t do, I logged of the acc before that time as seen in pms I been asking you for hours that I don’t want the acc if u can’t give me guarantee

following sythe TOS accs should be able to be recovered for atleast 2 years, upon agreed on atleast 1 month.
You can’t follow that rule

rule 2 = ingame things on RuneScape don’t inflect with Sythe, I’m pretty sure even though I was not on the acc when this occurred its a sythe rule,

you sold me a hacked acc and now are trying everything you can to keep the 525m.

 

Yeah, that is what I am trying to do following that tos that's why I want to give your access to email or keep it on me.

And for your second question, I am not saying you break sythe rules I am just showing your behavior and my option as to why you are trying to blame me.

And what comes you accusing me of selling hacked accounts is false and everyone who has been active on sythe knows I have been actively renting accounts for duel arena, PVP, and raids for the past 6 years. All accounts for that purpose have been trained for me or bought off legitimate players for a fair price I am just trying to minimalize losses due to having a large account list but niche die is slowing down fast.

If I understand this correctly, OP still has access to the account but they also want e-mail access. Walsu can give them e-mail access, but says it will forfeit the warranty as he can no longer unlock/recover the account from that point.

 

We discussed what happens if account gets locked and my response for that from me was " long as we have the email on account we are able to unlock it, no issue".
He was fully aware I am not the original owner said that like 3 times and he was fully aware the account has been used for renting services in past years.

I gave the user the option to get access to email, but yeah if he changes it from the original that forfeits the warranty, but he just kept playing on rs changing name 3 or 4 times and got banned on the deathmatching clan chat. After he got account banned he spams ping me / calls me endlessly on Discord asking for a full refund.
I asked him what happened on the account and why the account has been marked on deathmatching discord for scamming ~ 450m and he simply blame it on me.

Your trying to tell me, to let you keep the E-Mail of the acc to warrant that you will be able to recover if something happens

the email will help you 0% recovering if u don’t got recovery info, you manipulated me and after the sale I asked you for the email, instantly when you said if you give it the acc becomes my risk I asked for a refund, I didn’t go scamming in dm worlds!

I have been trying to get in touch with you for 1 week to change the password or anything so I can use the fucking account you have not replied in 1 week and full on ghosted me for the account!

Are you saying you did not play on the account? You are entitled to change your password and own email, but I won't be able simply to help you out if you change it to another from the original email.

We did not agree on you keeping the E-Mail, yes you told me your not the Original owner but I told you, you are able to recover u said yes, you relaying on the email to recover is stupid, if jagex locks a acc due to them thinking it’s hacked or anything ( situation u need to unlock) they put the email away. I’ve had this happen multiple times,

you sold me a acc and could not give me what I asked for! You weren’t able to suppply! I needed the acc badly then, and I wasn’t able to use it because your fucks up let alone you going ghost on me the day after I bought the acc

sythe TOS say all accs must be recoverable by owner for 2 years atleast, unless agreed other wise to minimum 1 month.

and are you still saying I did the scamming on deathmatch clan chat? Cause that can easily prove it was you.

 

There is proof that the account purchased from Walsu was used to cheat in Death Matches. It's fair to say the account has been damaged to some degree here. I will therefore not force @WalsuGold to purchase the account back. This leaves you, OP, with two options.

If you'd like Walsu's warranty, you'll have to accept that he will keep his e-mail attached to the account. Walsu must however aid you with password change requests within a timely manner.
You could also choose to connect your e-mail to the account instead. However, this will forfeit Walsu's liability so he would no longer be liable to help you with unlocks/recoveries.

Please let me know what option you choose.
