Explanation of the trade: ordered 4 quests to be done which i paid 13m to mr.graff service manger of luckys discord, the worker who worked on my account was gogo,i was asked to pm him my account login and password which i did i then got told my account is fucking shit please find attached pictures
after the service was completed i said to lemmo that i wasnt happy i then wake up the following morning based in the uk to my account having a temp ban for marco/botting. ive worked very hard on my account for then to have a ban im really upset but also with the customer service i recived.
Luckycharm have said he has screenshots of the quests being completed which i havnt seen but have asked to see and also said there isnt any bots for runelite which later doing research there is. lucky alos mentioned the worker that worked on my account is new and will give him a talking to. he has also offered me 25m osrs gold and 13m back for the inconvenience. i have been left to rescort to this report to get a genuine outcome.
i would like 50m + service charges back due to damages to my account and being disrespected

There is no RuneLite botting software compatible for the quests done. Out of experience of being in the services/account market there is unfortunately cases where Jagex is falsely placing botting bans. What must have been the trigger is the ip change together with levels gained or the customer himself could have botted.
Any big account supplier or service provider will tell you the same that botting bans are common, even though the work is handdone. Jagex's detection systems aren't 100% accurate.
About the comment of the worker, we sincerly apologise and this is not something we want to associate ourselves with. The worker has been given a last warning and if this behaviour is ever shown again we will terminate him from our team.

 

you are saying there isnt any software that will complate any quests for you on runelite ? i just looked on sythe there are plugins whicb can work with runelite what ur saying is false, the account shouldnt have a ban for botting if the work was hand done which obv from the new worker wasnt

 

Yes, you found a plugin from a random person that supports the "rune mysteries" quests that was done on your account. So you believe that my worker did all the quests manual and then botted the one quest that literally takes 1 minute to complete? Makes sense right?

 

no thats an example there are loads out there if you look none of them were done by hand because i got banned on my account

 

It would be possible for him to get a custom made plugin (which is super expensive for these certain quests) and then bot for a few M on your account, does that seem a likely event to you? This worker always posted all RuneLite screenshots of all his jobs and has completed a lot of orders already without a problem.

It looks like you are the only case where this happend and then given the fact that there is not a buyable cheap openosrs questing script for the quests makes your case very unlikely.

If you do some research and google "falsely banned for macroing osrs" you will find that there are numerous cases where this happend.

 

i dobut you would need a custom plugin doing a search on here there are loads it doesnt prove the worker did do them quests all by hand means he logged into runelite at the end of the quest to get a screenshot doesnt mean much ive done alot of research i wouldnt get a ban for botting if it was done by hand .
