    I discussed this with a few other staff members and we've agreed that this isn't plagiarism.

    How we arrived at this decision:
    • There are key differences in the transitions, background, and background animation.
    • The settings for the animations are different.
    • These visual effects are also used by many GFX artists across the site, so some similarities are bound to occur.
