I believe @Johnson was evading his ban through the account @JuicyGFX until he got pardoned and no longer had to use the account. Normally I would just believe this to be a coincidence, but this exact situation has happened before in my previous report here with another case of Johnson allegedly using an alt account to offer design services while he attempts to pardon.

They all have very similar graphic styles and use of assets in the banners, and I know that its shit evidence but we already know @Johnson is not a user of great character, and has used alternate accounts in the past as reported here.
