Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
From previous report: "A customer's account got banned 2 days after using my service, my worker turned his screenshots off in RuneLite because he was gaining many RuneLite folders of all the accounts he was working on, he did not completely read the worker ToS when accepting at the time. I gave him the benefit of the doubt on this one, also because the account got banned 2 days after using my service and therefore i couldn't be 100% sure that it was him and his story was plausible."

Unfortunately we have gotten multiple TWC's in our short time of sythe. From all of the reports it can be seen that these were our workers that led to the TWC's/Reports. Therefore we now make sure that we are really careful when hiring new workers, they have to have either an old sythe account or go through a verification process. Furthermore we have bettered our business practices by obligating workers to show all the screenshots of the job before paying out to protect our business and most importantly, to protect our customers. Other measures that we have taken is to increase our deposit, let a maximum of wealth of 50m on the customers bank, create seperate ironman tickets, only let our most trusted workers on ironman accounts with bigger banks and let the customer directly dm workers the details of their accounts.

We have seen that these business practices work wonderful and haven't had any issues since we implemented all these security measures above. We were a rather new discord and have developed a lot overtime, i have great confidence that going forward we will not be seen in this section anymore.
