Explanation of the trade: Agreed with Zore that he was going to work on DS2 from scratch for 120m. Due to his dire financial situation, and since I knew him a bit longer he requested for me to pay him 50/50, which I declined due to the financial risk (as you can see, rightfully). We decided that I'd pay 25% upfront and add 10m in supply costs. I wrote up working terms, he agreed to them, I paid 40m.
How they scammed: Deleted messages in the ticket of him receiving the money and agreeing on the TOS. Then left my server and blocked me.

I'm down with having lost 40m, it was perhaps unwise to go for the 25/75 construction, especially given his circumstances. Luckily it is 'only' 40m. The purpose of this report is to prevent other people from getting scammed by going into business with this person.

So when you found out that I have a Sythe account that's DNT'd you decided to scam and try and cover up evidence? Why though... When you entered my server I told you that we never pay workers up front and made an exception for you. I legit offered to pay you up-front because I know of your economic situation. What you did is super disrespectful. You do realize that because of people like you, people like me tend to not give people like you the benefit of the doubt. If someone approaches a provider like me and asks for a small payment because of an acute situation (illnesses, hunger etc.), how will I know that they're not like you and just going to run now?

So not only are you screwing over yourself, but you are also duping people who are in difficult financial situations and desperately want to make some money by doing some work. Something about solidarity...

 

I'm here to work my friend, you are the one who cheats with that DNT because if you wanted to pay me would you tell me about the DNT, do you want to go with the account for free, right after robbing someone else?

 

@President's DNT is not for scamming. It's basically for a complicated quasi-misunderstanding from ten years ago.

@ZORE doing business with a DNT'd user is not an offense, so please complete the deal you originally agreed to.
