Explanation of the trade: This thread is a continuation of this thread: resolved. In the previous thread, it was agreed that Zore would finish the contracted job. He unblocked me on Discord, I proposed to him that he could continue the job under the old conditions, a proposal - more than reasonable, considering what he attempted to do - which he agreed to. Under the old proposal, I paid him 40m. 10m out of this chunk would be supply costs.
How they scammed: Two days after Zore and I came to a settlement after our dispute I noticed that there were only 20 minutes of work completed on the account. I asked Zore if he could explain this and what his side of the story was, to which he ignored me for two days. Today he replied saying that he does not actually want the job, despite me already having placed membership on the account and that he wants to pay me back my 40m.

But here's the catch, he does not want to pay me back today, but in four days. I explained to him that this wasn't in my interest, not only because of what he attempted in our previous encounter, as described in the previous report, but also because this is my money that he is holding when he cancels the agreement and he is in no position to make demands about repayments. Furthermore, considering his previous behavior, I told him that I was seeing this as an artifice to not pay.
He kept repeating that he would repay me in four days. He explained to me that he is gathering money by killing Vorkath on his main. This was the reason that it was going to take four days. In return, I asked him what he did with the current stack. After all, 10m out of that 40m was supply money. He told me he was not obligated to respond to this question and that it was none of my business.

I then made him two proposals. The first one was to pay me back in three days instead of four days. He declined. My second proposal was that he would pay me back in chunks. Since he was killing Vorkath for money, I figured that he would make approximately the same every day. Therefore, I asked him to pay me back 10m per day. He declined this offer arguing that this would increase the chances of his main getting banned for RWT. I found this to be a silly reason not to accept my proposal because first of all, Jagex generally doesn't care about 10m being traded over as it's a small lump and second of all, if anything, trading the bigger chunk at once increases the chance of detection.

My claim: As you can see my patience has run out, I tried my best to resolve this in a pragmatic matter; coming to a middle-ground with him, but even though he is the debtor, he is not interested in making a concession at all. I have no other means of persuading him to settle. I'm also afraid that he is stalling for time, just to run away with my money. He has told me that he has no problem receiving a market restriction. Therefore, I'm respectfully asking staff to enforce Zore to oblige to my reasonable term; namely, pay me back my 40m immediately, or else, pay me back 10m per day.
