Dear Sythe administrators,

We thank you very much in your time for reading our message, we have been having long standing issues with these extortionists, ever since we started out as a tiny discord server, they have targeted ourselves to try and "bully" our server? the reason for it is we have some of the best known players who do our services for us, we are a small circle of friends in which has had to start out with nothing to grow to a decent size service in which offers better pricing for the customer at a better rate.

The primary reason they focus on us rather than other providers is because we do in game advertising, on top of this because our prices are cheaper the "tob boost" service they offer is now none existent because our service is cheaper, faster and better all round for the customer, hence why they are now providing other lower tier PVM services and skilling.

They have tried everything to derail us, they have tried to extort us, used better discord to see our personal channels and tickets, threatened to "bot our discord" .. threatened to mute and actually mute our in game spammers.

We have been keeping well away and focusing on ourselves in the past few months, for some reason they have decided to now start up this whole bullying routine "were bigger than you" "our server is at 3k members" ... We dont aim to be some monstrous giant, we aim to provide a great service with a great reputation and we just simply want to be left alone.

Enough is enough with this.. I understand that alot of the below actions are outside the sythe community so we will not be able to report them directly for scamming but this is the only service on sythe which has gave us grief.. no one else feels the need to do this to us.

Dario, if you spent less time taking photos of your self drinking appletinis and lemonade, you’d actually educate your self.

pmod muting is legal, as advised by sythe admin. The fact that you muted one of our spammers is fair game. But you can’t say that the “imposter” isn’t linked to you when you were bragging that you muted our spammer on it. You are the only person that knows about that.

Seske and I run a tight ship, we are a small group of elite pvmers well known in the community, we aren’t trying to achieve global domination, let us be, keep your self to your self, for your own sake, I’d hate to see niki bring your organisation to the ground because he can’t keep his mouth shut and gets caught in another web of lies.

Its me Niki from PvM Services and if you dont believe me i can confirm it later on that its me. Sorry for the mistakes i might make while writing it, but english is not my first language, and im still happy that im able to speak somewhat proper english while being able to speak another 4 languages.

First of all, i had a good laugh while sipping my appletini having to read this, you could almost say i went sour and turned into a lemonade so thanks for that.

Second, i was thinking about writing this or not, but im just doing it because im fed up with these reports that are just ridiculous.

As anyone working on something, there are mistakes happening and i made them myself, which im sorry for but i didnt know better at that time, but you guys wouldn't know that as your lovely discord has as many members as we did 3 days after release.

-> We don't care about you to be honest. Being cheaper doesnt mean that you are better, faster nor anything. We started out as a tob boosting discord but since then our vision of where the service should head changed and we added other services, not because we dont have TOB work, but because we want to offer a place that takes care of everything for a customer in the same place, its called customer care. "To be able to work on that part you'd need to have customers first", is probably how you would argue this.

Can i also ask where those 30b that i scammed are? I'd really like to join some of that "juice", can you tell me 1 customer that got scammed? Do you see any sythe report made, that is saying anything about me taking someone's gold? If i scammed 30b it surely can't be just 1 guy i scammed right? Where are all of those 100s of people i scammed? Btw if you find them let me know, id be interested to see. NOT A SINGLE PERSON THAT DEALT WITH ME (as im the one taking care of the finances) IS ABLE TO TELL THAT I OWE THEM 1 SINGLE GP THAT IS NOT NOTED SOMEWHERE. I owe of my past worker 2b, where im telling him to come and get it multiple times but he just didnt have time yet. LITERALLY NO ONE EVER had any issues when it came to GP and if i had workers to wait a little while i also gave them a reason why and i'd come back to them asap.

As Dario proofed in his screenshot i literally cant be Dr Juice aka Uncle Niki#5830 as my discord tag is .Niki#0001 and not that username. It is also super interesting what Dr. Juice wrote with you as no one ever heard me say the synonym "juice" instead of gp. That is obviously slang language that im not really speaking as i learned my english in school, not in a country that mainly speaks english and uses those slang words. Also who the fuck would ever talk to you about scamming 30b and telling you when its going to happen? Do you really think that anyone would do that? Also someone got scammed from that account, as he admitelly was tired and didnt focus for that moment and fell for it, hence why i put "NO PM" in my name exactly because of that account.

Also how comes it must be us, muting your accounts and it couldnt be anyone else when using pmod services (that u just requested yourself) is a well known thing primarly in the scamming community? We are not the only competitors you have, but your more annoying and focused on us than a mosquito mid night flying past ur head all the time not leaving you in peace.

Also let me get something clear, WE ARE NOT THE ONES THAT START THIS WE JUST IGNORE IT, let me show you how many accounts i had to block on the clan acc. This following screen shows atleast 4 (5 I think uncommitted, but im not 100% sure so i wont count it) accounts that spammed in our cc with: "fuck these egyptians, we have better services" dont quote my words here but thats basically the thought behind it.

Also 30b dont settle you in Austria, its is a nice sum of money tho im honest, but if you knew the details u'd just see that its not worth it. With a little bit of brain usage you could use some of the info that we publicly show and know an estimated monthly income.

And also the fact that you play us down for advertising on kylee discord or other discords shows why it took you "the past few months" to grow to 300 people or however many as im blocked and dont see the member count. Let me explain it to you briefly, what marketing is: The amount of money spent is seen as an investment with the hope of it covering it with future spendings on your service. Its how the world of capitalism works, as thats the reason you have to watch an ad before every youtube video you watch for example. Maybe it will help you grow, if you dont want to do that its fair play, but we have calculated thoughts behind it. Its just another example of you just arguing in a dumb way and basically telling everyone that advertises is dumb, i'd be interested how other big services would see this argument of yours.

To end of my wall of text i'd like to mention that we like the nicknames you gave us so much that we are using them ourselves now.

For future references, as im sure they will find another thing, this is my last post with these guys, as im fed up as i already stated (and also made a sythe account just for this) and them treating the report section like their crush that gave them an L and they cant let her go.

from appletini sipping Niki aka Lemonade to Silk Road thanks to that 30b stolen on multiple accs (which is not even true LOL, but how would you know if your research is as bad as your report, thinking that you know it all by just having an alt disc account and opening a ticket requesting a fire cape and an rcb cape that we actually can provide aswell ).

 

We dont bother you, you dont bother us... simples thats all we want.

You used discord exploits to view private tickets and channels in our discord and then threatens with bots and discord bots (proof to be added of this)

A lot of this may be out of the realms of sythe but regardless, your way of operating, exploitation and your complete lack of understanding of how serious this report is shows how naive you are.

This is the first ever report we have made against you so i couldn't care less if you are "fed up of these reports", you should and need to learn from your mistakes.

I have had quite a few PM's from other trust users in and around sythe that have had similar style running's with you and your operations

As i said i dont want this to be an argument , i just want you to understand your actions have consequences, you have tried to bully us since day 1 and were not having it anymore.

I will leave this with the sythe admin team to review, this may not even be grounds but it sure shows the community how you think it is OK to act and aslong as it does that we have done what is needed.

As i said leave us alone and we do not need to ever bother you. quite frankly i find you both very odd characters indeed.

Did i not just say wait until staff get involved, and FYI that was because you were doing it to us.

I'll admit that I didn't read 100% of this report because it is long and wandering. My feeling is that it's best for you guys to avoid each other in the future as you both run legitimate businesses and neither of you seems to want a confrontation.

As for who's responsible for this mess, that first discord ID you posted links to this fine specimen FrenchSoldier scammed. who has been banned repeatedly for impersonation and similar offenses to those described in this report. It seems like he is up to no good again here.

And I'm not going to ban anyone over that picture of in-game names in an FC. That's not what the "no name leaking" rule was designed for.
