Help!!

Hello, I'm in need of some assistance. My Computer has been running extremely slow, so slow that Youtube videos won't even load properly, i can't listen to Music and play Runescape at the same time. I'm on quite a powerful Computer and this is the first time this has happened. Does anyone have any idea to why this has happened? I haven't downloaded anything.

This might be a reason, i recently had Spysheriff on my Computer which was removed by AVG, Spysheriff is a rouge peice of software or something like that, idk..

Anyway the above is the only reason as to why i think my Computer has suddenly started going slower then it normally does. If you know why could you tell me on here and tell me how to solve this problem, thanks.

Delete old files, run a virus scan, and Then Defrag...

If it doesnt work Reformat

It's running like normal again due to the fact i used one of those Registry programs.

Spysheriff is Malware, its also difficult to remove.

You'll have to use HiJackThis or similar programs. - I suggest downloading Avast! and then contacting the avast! help team via their forums. They will guide you step by step on how to remove it. (Assuming Avast! doesn't work)
