Explain the service: I paid for a custom ticket-bot for my discord and a custom skilling-calculator bot
Amount scammed: I paid for both services 85 usd for the custom skilling calculator (+15usd for small customization) and 15 usd for it to be setup on AWS and 63 usd for the ticket bot.

Proof that the service was not completed: there is no proof of this, basically we agreed on a custom-skilling-calculator bot being made. I paid 85 usd for this, What @Dev Zach only did was copying and pasting the bot that he made for 15 another clients + making 1 change that i wanted (adding discounts for an additional 15 usd which is crazy enough but i agreed because i needed this badly). I never knew that this was the case, and thought i was buying a skilling-discount-bot customized to my preferences (Which is implied with the definition of custom). After i saw the result of the custom skilling-calculator bot i wanted to ask if @Dev Zach wanted to make some changes, he said it could be done however it was very tedious and time consuming, he said it would be an additional costs i kept asking how much and when it could be done but he didn't reply, and said he was busy.

Now after 3 months of the initial payment i got the skilling-calculator bot setup (but not even customized to all of my satisfactions at all), and the ticket-bot is still not delivered. Another developer @Apple6 did customize the ticket bot to my satisfactions completely so i am glad with that. However 3 months passed by and i still do not have it delivered. We keep on making clear appointments with dates and time, but he is never there. We are in different timezones, so it is hard to meet but it is taking so long now that it was getting very annoying.

I therefore came to @Dev Zach being frustrated that the service is: 1) not done in a timely manner 2) agreements by him and developer's are not met 3) the skilling-discount calculator bot was not to my satisfaction, and changes weren't made.

So i proposed to him: If you make the two small changes that i want for the discount-skilling-calculator-bot, and we make a clear agreement with his developer Apple to implement the ticket-bot then we are all done and we don't have to bother with each other.
His reply was that he doesn't want to work with me anymore, and suggests that i make a sythe report so here we are.

Bottom line:

I dont care about the ticket bot, @Apple6 has done a great job helping me so far, however cannot meet obligations however i'm fine with that so i wont complain. The thing i care about is that i paid 85 usd for a custom ticket bot that is basically just copied pasted and handed to me raw with one small change (that costs an extra 15 usd), and when i wanted further customizations i was ignored and said that it was tedious. Therefore i either want a refund of the 85 usd btc (+15 usd for a discount option) (+15 usd to set it up on aws) or i want the small changes made and let that be the end of it.

That might have not been that clearly mentioned no, however when i pay that much money for a ticket-bot, where changes are promised to be made in "the future". And after 115 usd is paid for the whole thing to be setup and only 1 customization made, it is kind of rude to then after those payments are done deny a customer into further customization to it's desired end product. The 115 usd is then basically a waste, and i cannot really ask any other developer to make these changes, since he is the one that developed this product. That's what i am frustrated about. It is not about money, it is about me paying for a lot for a half-done product and being denied the customization to the desired-end product which were promised "in the future"
